A tastefully renovated builfding on three levels comprising kitchen/dining and bathroom on the ground floor with a wood burning stove. A lovely airy and bright living room on the first floor with steps up to a cosy double beroom.
Trotz einer leichten Verspätung unsererseits brannte schon das Kaminfeuer, als wir unsere Unterkunft erreichten. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause.
We've stayed three days at the Granary.
Our first encounter was with Angus, who looked like a rug or Catweazle, but appeared to be a Scottish deer-hound!
Noelle is a very friendly host, providing us with homemade bread and vegetables from their Eco-friendly garden. With it I made us a dinner we enjoyed very much.
She gave us the best tips for trips in the surrounding areas, such as the Burrens, near the Cliffs of Moher and Mount Shannon.
All in all a very recommendatory place to stay.
Great little apartment! We felt very much at home in this cozy place. Your privacy is very much respected by the owners (which we appreciated), but they are there if you need them. The surroundings are great as well (no shortage of birdlife!). If there are guests staying in the other part of the house it can be a bit noisy, especially in the bedroom which is situated above their kitchen. But put on one of the many nice CD's at your disposal and you'll be fine. All in all a lovely place for a few nights!
We are young couple that stayed four days in this lovely appartment. The landscapes, the area and the county were perfect. Moreover, Jason and Noelle were the best hosts. If you are looking for a peaceful and a relaxing place, this is the best option without no doubt.
We loved this little cottage! It was so clean, cute, and welcoming! We were greeted with some yummy jam and biscuits. The shower was fantastic and the bed cozy. If you are visiting this area, I would definitely recommend this cottage if you want some peace and quiet and a break from technology.
