Revisit your school days in this renovated elementary school room. Reminisce or make some new memories at this unique family-friendly studio. We are a short walk away from the Riverside trail & are located in one of the cutest little towns in Iowa. This is a small town but we have everything needed for a great stay! Hiking, mountain biking, Kayaking, horse riding, & shopping just a few miles away.

The space
Self entry at the Southwest entrance of the school with your own bathroom, laundry, small kitchenette, king size bed, bunk beds, sofa sleeper, crib, pack n play, couch & desk. If you need extra bathrooms(toilets) or a full size kitchen, (upon request) we can make the church kitchen & bathrooms) available around our activities. You are welcome to be outside in the courtyard. Across drive by the fire ring, around the west side of the building at the playground.

Other things to note
If you would like to bring your dog(s), please message us and we will review with special instructions and approval. $75 per stay with exception with review. Please note renters are responsible for any extra damages/cleaning fees caused by the dogs. All pets are only allowed in hallway of rental and gated courtyard, not in living area. Hallway has easy access to outside courtyard.

No cats due to host allergies. Pets must be 100% house trained. Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs including all dog hair (we will provide cleaning supplies) and any messes. If you are leaving your dog(s) alone, please leave them on a leash in the courtyard or locked in the entryway with a water bowl.
