Welcome to our home! We have enjoyed restoring this beautiful historic 1904 property remodeled by famed architect Julia Morgan in 1922. If you are wanting a nice retreat in the heart of Chico, we have plenty of space and amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The Sky Suite features a king size bed, wifi, smart TV and a luxurious bathroom. Enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea bar and relax in the conservatory or ballroom located downstairs. The adjoining Parlor can also be rented for an extra fee.

I’m happy to spend time with my guests or give them space
I work with my husband, we own a construction company and built big custom homes in the SF Bay Area until we could get back to Chico full time. The Camp Fire set our careers in another direction, we planned on slowing down but felt compelled to use our education and experience and have helped about 30 families get back into homes in Paradise. We have two young adult children who both work with us. I used to skate on a synchronized ice skating team, competing and traveling all over the U.S., but now live too far from any established teams. Chico does have a roller rink! I haven't traveled as much as I would like so I am hoping to travel the world and see everything.
