Nestled in a serene, wooded haven in the Lodge Hill neighborhood, you are just 3/4 of a mile from the beach. It is the perfect setup for large families, multi-generational groups, or two families sharing an extended summer getaway.

The Detached Guest House: Located just steps away, this private suite acts as a self-contained sanctuary. Complete with its own kitchenette, full bathroom, and peaceful bedroom setup, it is the absolute perfect space for grandparents who want a quiet retreat from the main house energy, independent teenagers who love their own space, or a parent who needs a distraction-free environment to work remotely during the trip.

Gourmet Kitchens: The main house features a tastefully furnished, well-stocked eat-in kitchen for large family dinners, complemented by the kitchenette in the guest house for morning coffee and light snacks.
Family & Kid Ready: Travel light! The home is equipped with a Pack-n-Play (travel crib), high chair, baby gate, and magnetic cabinet safety locks. Younger children will love the books and toys downstairs, while older kids can claim the upstairs loft and Roku TV.
Remote Work Friendly: Supported by high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The guest house offers a quiet haven for calls, and the upstairs bedroom in the main house features an additional dedicated desk setup.

We do not have air conditioning as it is never warm enough to need it at the beach. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh ocean air.
Please bring your own beach supplies. We have provided towels and bedding for the house. Please do not take towels from the house to the beach.

Lodge Hill neighborhood is located in between two nature preserves. One of which has miles of well maintained walking trails with breathtaking ocean views. Wild turkeys and deer frequently stroll through the streets. The neighboring also has three public beach access points.

My husband and I have been traveling together since we met, 20 years ago. We love being active and being outdoors, our favorite thing to do is find a new hiking spot wherever we go, or walk the city we are staying in. We truly enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. We love our quiet beach house and enjoy sharing it with others when we can’t use it ourselves.
