This charming canal-front house in West Ocean City sits between the beaches & boardwalk of Ocean City and the numerous activities of nearby Berlin and Ocean Pines. Featuring a screened deck, private dock and spacious yard, this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 12 and can accommodate the whole family, including your family dog! The canal allows access to the Isle of Wight Bay, across from downtown Ocean City.

The space
From the moment you enter you’ll feel the coastal vacation vibe, inviting casual relaxation with large sofas in the family room and with well-appointed bedrooms decorated in beach themes. The large kitchen and gas grill, plus indoor & outdoor dining space and washer/dryer mean you can stay-cation away from home and enjoy all your meals in-house, if you choose. The dock can accommodate your private boat, while the firepit is the perfect place for roasting marshmallows or enjoying an end-of-day libation. The large yard provides room for your bocce ball or cornhole game! After a full day visiting the boardwalk, shopping the outlets, playing golf or winning at the casino, retire to the family room or one of the bedrooms to stream your favorites on the many flatscreen TVs.

We live in New Jersey but spend as much time as we can at our West Ocean City MD vacation home! Jill was raised in southwest Michigan, where freshwater lakes and cottages are aplenty; she moved to NJ mid-life for work. Rob was raised in NJ and spent summers heading to the Jersey shore with his family. When we met we learned we both had a life-long dream of owning a home on the water, and we finally made that dream come true!
