This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home.

With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable.

Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

The space
This is an open plan studio apartment on the second floor of our house. Guests have their own private entrance. It includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hot water pot and kitchen basics. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Outside there is a Weber grill with side-burner.

We allow 1 pet only. Please do not plan to leave your pet alone here all day. We work from home downstairs and can hear barking. We do have another 3 bedroom AirBNB nearby that allows 2 pets. Thanks for understanding.

Guests have access to the apartment upstairs, and a large portion of the yard that has a grilling area, and a firepit area.

Other things to note
The stairs up to the apartment are of the era they were built, and a bit steep.
