The space
Welcome to our recently remodeled home in downtown Occoquan, VA. The house was built in 1901 features original windows. Please note all bedroom windows are not be able to open.
All living quarter and bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are 3 bedrooms available for guests.
This listing is for two guest bedrooms. These 2 rooms are also connected inside the bedrooms.
Each room features a queen bed with soft and comfortable bedding, and 4 pillows and office desk and chair.
One of the bedrooms has windows around the room and it is in a corner side of the house.
Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed with luxuriously soft bedding and armoire storage for your personal items.
You will have one private bathroom. The bathroom is next to the kitchen.
Please note: You will share a kitchen and laundry area and there is not any living room.

Our home is in very unique location which is in a middle of the beautiful historic town of Occoquan!
You will experience the rich history of this charming town. As you settle into the room, take some time to explore Historic Occoquan and Occoquan river on foot and pay a visit to the delightful cafes, restaurants, gallery, shopping with small indipendent businesses and beer garden, just minutes away from our house.
There are also several major highways located nearby, making travel easy and convenient.

During your stay
I'm working at Leaf & Moss plant shop which locates on the first floor of the house. Leaf & Moss is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 12 - 6 pm.
Most of the time, you will be greeted by me or my plant shop staffs. During your stay with us, you can communicate with me through Air BnB email (preferable method) or my phone which you will receive upon arrival.)
