Enjoy this centrally located 1900’s gem in the heart of the University area. Healthy vibrant & friendly neighborhood. Parklike feel w/maple trees lining the ave. No need to drive for entertainment, UofM activities, games, coffee , breakfast, shopping, hiking, biking or trails along Clark fork River. It really is a hidden gem. Welcome to this quaint upstairs 1 bedroom studio for 1 person. Small kitchenette amenities. Daybed single, desk, tv, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, & small full bath (private).

Older historic area home, Private nook entry, bathroom, bedroom with tv, work desk, hanging rack for clothes, table for eating, accessories for kitchen food prep, coffee maker/French press,
Microwave, Wi-Fi (rules), shoes off at front door please; especially on rainy days- thank you.

All of the upstairs nook, outdoor yard and picnic tables, may join host on front porch for coffee as available.
