Interaction with Guests
I will greet the guest upon their arrival.
This is the best neighborhood in NYC, especially for those who care about absorbing the real culture of the city.
Treat the apartment as you would your own home. No smoking inside the apartment.
Our stay was great! Our host made everything super easy and was flexible with our move in time. The location is great and we had no trouble getting to the subway and finding food around the neighborhood. Thank you SO much for such a lovely stay!!
The apartment is very well situated, comfortable and a perfect size for a weekend getaway. I never met BA (he left the keys for me) but he was always quick to respond to texts and calls. He was also kindly very flexible with checkout time, which allowed me some extra time to explore the city on the day I left. My whole stay was very easy from booking, to finding and entering the apartment, and checking out.
Brian's flat is definitly great ! a perfect spot in the lower east side.

5 estrellas !
Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect, Bryan made his best to deliver a professional service, I felt like I was at a friend's house, I'll definitely recommend your apartment to anyone who wants to know NYC, I'ts really close to the subway and thats all you need to travel across the city. East Village has a special charm for going out. 5 stars all the way.
This apartment was very comfortable. It was perfect size for what we needed. Very comfortable bed. Short distance to a subway which was awesome! There was nothing wrong with our stay at all. Bryan was very helpful with everything from helping carry our luggage to suggesting good places to eat and hang out. He is very friendly and attentive. This is a perfect place to live out the real New York experience!
This is a great appartment. Clean and very well located. Brian is very nice and easy accessible. He can give you valuable advices! "The place to be"!!! ;o)
Viaggio a new york fine gennaio 2015 facilmente prenotato presso loft di Bryan.

I work in merchandising and sales for a menswear company in Manhattan. I have lived all over the United States while growing up, but am glad to finally call NYC my home. I can't imagine living anywhere else. When I am not working, I am out and about with friends downtown Manhattan and in Williamsburg. I am really into music and try my best to make it to at least one or two concerts every week. The music scene was a major motivation for me to move here. If you need any help with suggestions of places to go in NYC, I will be glad to help.
