The Space

Hello and welcome to New York!

Please note that my calendar is always up to date, so there is no need to message me regarding availability. You can check for yourself. You can even make a reservation instantly. When you type in your exact dates and guest count on my listing it will give you an exact price including all fees. If those dates are not available, the site will tell you as soon as you enter your dates and guest count.

The apartment is a beautiful, newly renovated studio in the East Village. It is located on 1st Avenue and 6th street, right in the heart of the East Village. If you are not familiar with the area, it is a great place to stay. There is so much to do here, you could spend an entire month exploring the area and never get bored. It is also centrally located in Manhattan, which makes it easy to explore other areas as well. I really love my apartment and look forward to having you stay there! Please note that this listing is for the ENTIRE apartment. You will not be sharing this with anyone else. Some of the amenities include, but are not limited to:

➢Full Size Refrigerator/Freezer, Granite Counter-tops, Gas Stove, Microwave, Kitchen Utensils, Plates, Glasses, French Press Coffee Maker.

➢Beautiful stone tiled bathroom, with large shower, pedestal sink, vanity mirror, and toilet.

➢Comfortable queen sized bed with new mattress for after a long day of exploring the city.

➢Queen sized deluxe air mattress available upon request.

➢Fresh luxury comforter, sheets, and towels provided.

➢Basic toiletries provided, including: soap, toilet paper, paper towels, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner.

➢Rooftop Access! (A great place to enjoy a glass of wine and look out over the city.)

➢WiFi Internet access.

➢Apartment will be professionally cleaned and set, prior to your arrival.

➢If you so desire, I am a very social person and am not opposed to taking you around and showing you some of my favorite local restaurants and bars. I have a great group of friends in New York, from all over the world and would have no problem showing you the real New Yorker experience.

➢One block from pharmacy (Rite-Aid), wine shop, and grocery stores (Key Foods).

➢Use of my bicycle AND helmet while you are here for an additional $10/day. It is by far my favorite way to explore NYC.

➢.25 miles to 8 different major subway lines (F,L,4,5,6,Q,N,R).

➢Centrally located in Manhattan so that you are walking distance from everywhere. (Lower East Side, SOHO, Washington Square Park, Union Square, Meat Packing District, NYU, Greenwich Village, Little Italy, Chinatown, etc.)

NOTE: If you would like to check the availability and pricing, you can enter the dates you are interested in and click "book it", the next screen will show you the final price and availability before you process payment and confirm.

NOTE: My check-in/check-out is flexible, so please be flexible as well. If you arrive at 9 am the day of your check-in, it is very likely that someone will still be staying at the apartment and it will need to be cleaned. I may have to ask you to drop off your bags and come back later. That being said, I have never had a problem with this and ask for your understanding in these circumstances. This is not a hotel, but I promise to do my absolute best in these situations to accommodate everyone.

Dunque l'esperienza e' stata positiva, a parte qualche difetto dell'appartamento.

  • The flat and neighborhood were great! Clean, cosy, not too nosy. Everything was in order as described. Brian was great host and we had a fantastic vacation with all the nice restaurants etc. located nearby. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting NYC. Thanks Brian!

  • We just finished a great two-night stay at this apartment. It was very easy to schedule the key pickup and Bryan was accommodating with our schedule. The neighborhood is great and the apartment was very clean with lots of natural light. Bryan was really friendly and gave us some suggestions of restaurants and places to explore. Many thanks to Bryan.

  • Amazing apartment in an amazing location! Literally minutes away from some of the best lobster rolls, pancakes and chicken and waffles I have ever had! The apartment is small, as you would expect, but not cramped or uncomfortable, it actually is better than it looks in the photos. The addition of the sofa and coffee table was great as it gave us a chill out area before bed. It was up a few flights of stairs, but it was not a problem for us. Our host Bryan was super friendly, had loads of tips and suggestions on where we should go to utilise our short stay. He was also very helpful with our late flight situation! WeI cannot wait to return to NY and especially to stay at Bryan's apartment!

  • Bryan was a great host! He was there when we arrived (even though we were a bit early) and he was very informative and friendly. WiFi worked perfectly and we had everything we needed!
The apartment was nice and exactly as described. The neighborhood was charming (with lots of vegetarian restaurants as we hoped for) and the location was fantastic for experiencing East Village, SoHo, NoHo, China Town and Little Italy on foot (we even walk to Central Park a couple of times)!
We would definitely recommend Bryan and his East Village Studio!

  • We stayed here because of the location, but I don't know if it was the place for us! We waited about 20 minutes for Bryan to arrive, and due to a late checkout of the guests before us, the room had not been cleaned yet. So we left to have lunch nearby, and when we returned the place had been cleaned up by Bryan, but not very thoroughly. The apt is a 3rd floor walkup, and about a 5-10 min walk to most trains. If I were in my early twenties, I'd have no problem staying here, but I find myself a bit less tolerant with the years. Bryan is a nice guy with plenty of great recommendations.

  • Brian was an awesome host and very flexible with our check in/check out times. He was quick to respond to all our messages. The apartment was spotless and in a great location near trendy bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

About
I work in merchandising and sales for a menswear company in Manhattan. I have lived all over the United States while growing up, but am glad to finally call NYC my home. I can't imagine living anywhere else. When I am not working, I am out and about with friends downtown Manhattan and in Williamsburg. I am really into music and try my best to make it to at least one or two concerts every week. The music scene was a major motivation for me to move here. If you need any help with suggestions of places to go in NYC, I will be glad to help.
