  • This apartment is very nice, lots of light throughout the whole place, and ample space as well. Having a washing machine was great also!

  • We had very good time in BA, the apartment has all the basics in place and was nicely located to our interests. The only one not-so-nice point is the occasional noise level, but that has not to do with the apartment, our friends living nearby shared the same issue.

  • This apartment was a great find. It is a gem in Villa Crespo. Very well worth the money. It is very well located with Subte and bus stops, restaurants and grocery stores all around. It is kept clean and it has all the necessary utensils for daily kitchen life. It's very nice to be in the balconies and just watch the city going about below. Fede and his mom are very nice and accomodating. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for an affordable but yet great place o stay in Buenos Aires.

  • It was a great stay! Federico is a great guy and our satisfaction was his number one priority. Whenever we needed anything, he provided it quickly, answering us instantly. His apartment is awesome, too - very spacey, with all the appliances you'll need, in a quiet street but very close to all the great restaurants and ice cream (there are too many to list, I mean it) in Villa Crespo. It's also very close to the subway - 2 blocks - so whenever we needed to get downtown it was pretty quick.

Overall, I can't recommend him enough.

  • What a great time i spent in this apartment. It is really nice, lt looks like on the photos. Villa Crespo is a great neighborhood, you can find every thing you need in very close distance. it is in short walking distance to all public transport, Collectivos, Supte - very comfortable. For those ones who are looking for tangoing - all majors Milogas such als Milonga 10, Villa Malcom, la Viruta, Salong Canning, El Yeite, El Metejon - they are all in walking distances too!!! The area is very safe, i never felt uncomfortable walking alone as a women - also during the night.
During the day the apartment is very noisy - thats my only "bad" point. but one can get used to the shouting of the neighbors, the rehearses of a band in the front house, the barking of the dogs, the noises of 2 constructions around and - of course of the horns of the cars. But thats BA. The most quiet time is the night - and then is just lovely.
Federico and his mom are very helpful and nice - the have been at my disposal all the time, when ever i needed something.
In short - i strongly recommend this place - for sure i will choose this apartment again for my next visit!

  • We really enjoyed our stay here and Federico was always just a call away to help with anything we needed. The apartment was just like its photos, bright and inviting with everything we needed for a week long stay.

The area was perfect for us, quiet, safe and just 10 minutes walk to major bus route and the subte in to the center of town.

    Already bookmarked to stay again!

  • The flat has high ceilings, lots of light and in good condition.
I really like this area of Buenos Aires (I've lived in a dozen different barrios), it's very well connected with trendy Palermo Soho a 15 minute walk away and there's a subway that will take you downtown or further out (to Villa Urqiuza). It's 15 minutes walk from Parque Centario, one of the less well known parks, but in summer one of the best, look out for free shows in the open air theatre - (website hidden) "Agenda Cultural Buenos Aires". You're also 40 minutes walk from Las Violetas, classic café, so make sure to make your way there. In short, Villa Crespo is a great half way house between the more touristic barrios and the more traditional ones.

In the immediate vicinity of the flat I'd recommend highly Musicletabar (very small bar with live tango and folkorico music), Cava Jufre is one of the best wine bars of the city and 4 blocks away. Natural y Noble nearby on Corrientes is a vegetarian buffet, effective antidote to too much Parrilla. Living here you'd be one block from Timon de Pandy, lovely traditional place, but be aware, if you order takeaway it's not unusual to wait an hour and half.

By the way I found the WiFi 100% reliable, which is pretty unusual!

  • What a great experience. Que bueno! Fede and his Mother were incredible hosts. They were always close at hand and easily contacted. The apartment itself was perfect. It was very close to Subte B ( the subway that runs along Corrientes) and only a few blocks from S. Ortiz, which is where a lot of the main buses run. The apartment was incredibly clean and the maid service was very thorough. We used the kitchen a lot and found it quite adequate. The shower was nice, the water was hot, and the heat worked well. We said whenever we come back to BA, we will definitely try to stay there again. Get excited and book it now!
