The apartment is located in one of its many alleys known for its many famous restaurants and nightclub, Via della Scala.
The apartment is about 38mq., being a ground floor and staying in a beautiful courtyard, enjoys the privilege of staying very quiet but at the same time, coming out, enjoys the highest of joy and fun, then has a nice outdoor area of about 12mq. that belongs to the house where you can eat outdoors in peace.
It consists of a single environment rather large to small, typical and comfortable as all covered with wood, both floors and the beamed ceilings, at the entrance there is a small table with chairs, a sideboard rustic, a small sofa and an armchair, then going a step almost as a separate environment, there is a double bed and a small wardrobe, a small stereo/CD and a large flat screen TV, hanging high on the wall opposite the bed.

Near there is the famous American University. Great apartment in wonderful location for exploring Rome. Nice area to come home to at the end of a day sightseeing, with lots of little restaurants, bars and cafes within steps of the apartment.
Despite being a lively area (though much calmer than other neighbourhoods), room was quiet at night with very little noise.
Our baggage was delayed in arrival, and Ala was very helpful in arranging for us to receive it.
A homely apartment, perfect for two people, in beautiful Trastavere. We have stayed in this area a dozen times or more, but never in such a lovely quiet, tranquil location. Emanuela provided us with lots of information about Rome and the local area, both prior to our visit and in the apartment, which would have been invaluable to a first-time visitor.
The location is PERFECT. 100% would recommend. The night life is booming and the day time shopping is great. Emanuela was a fantastic host. Checked in on us regularly to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Her care taker was also very helpful and pleasant. The home is wonderful for two people.
Everything Emanuela write us, was truth. She gave us a lot of information before we came to Rome.
This place is great! Its located in a beautiful street in the centre of Trastevere. In this area are many great restaurants, bars and shops. Also we walked from the house to all the big sights, like the Trevi fountain, Pantheon and even the Colloseum and the Vatican.
We had a very easy time getting in touch with the host when we first arrived in Rome and had no problems getting situated in the flat. Emanuela also went out of her way to provide us with directions, train schedules, and information about the sites which is more than I can say about anyone else we've ever done Airbnb with so that was very much appreciated. The location is excellent and we really enjoyed the Trastavere neighborhood, particularly in the evenings when everybody was out for drinks and food at the countless restaurants and bars. I do have to say that the flat is not as well lit as the picture makes it out to be and although there was AC, it always just felt a bit damp. The shower was also a little odd and is not particularly comfortable for a tall person (>6 feet) as the ceiling is quite low. Overall, we enjoyed our three nights here and would recommend it for a short stay.
