Welcome to Tejas Trails, your country getaway nestled in Calistoga's mountain vistas, just 10 minutes from downtown. This new home (2023) is easy to share with friends or family. Enjoy refreshing mountain sunrises, dinners on the huge deck, watch sunsets sipping wine by the firepit, swing under a large oak tree, and take tranquil walks on the country road. This is the perfect place to leave the hustle and bustle behind, while still minutes from Napa Valley’s finest restaurants and wineries!

The space
This brand-new modern home was built in 2023 and decorated by a local Bay Area interior designer beautifully integrating new modern furniture with authentic architectural pieces from the owner’s childhood home in Texas. Minutes from SSS Ranch, this is a perfect home for those wanting to be minutes from downtown Calistoga, Napa Valley’s finest wineries and restaurants, hiking, and many other activities while having the space, privacy, and comfort of your own 2 BD, 2BA modern country home tucked in the mountains.

You walk up to an 800+ sq ft deck with a 14ft dining table. A covered entry with floor-to-ceiling windows opens into the living room and kitchen space. The living room has a 55” Frame Smart TV that hides on the wall as an Art display when not in use, a queen-size fold-out couch surrounded by two sitting chairs. A coat closet off the living room provides extra storage.

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials, a farmhouse sink, a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and filtered drinking water at the sink and fridge. A stone island provides storage for wine and a surface for quick bites and food serving. The flow is perfect for inside-outside cooking and dining for family and friends. A stocked coffee bar with hazelnut and French Vanilla syrups perch above the kitchen counter.

Down the hall, is a washer and dryer, a large pantry and storage room, a full-length mirror, and access to a full bathroom and a primary bedroom with another en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom.

The primary bedroom’s queen bed looks out on floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows to fill the room with light and provide constant scenic country and mountain views. Full blackout roller shades darken the room for those wanting to sleep in. Two large walk-through closets provide plenty of storage along with a luggage cart and bathrobes for guests on the way to the bathroom. There are two sinks, a vanity with storage, and an integrated shower and bath.

The guest bedroom similarly has a queen-sized bed, full floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows, blackout roller shades, and a large closet with a luggage cart and bathrobes.

Each bedroom and living room has its own thermostat and efficient heat-pump system to keep the climate just right.

Morning sunrises and evening sunsets are often accompanied by sightings of deer and other country wildlife. It’s a truly serene setting, minutes from downtown Calistoga, 20 mins to St. Helena, 30 mins to Sonoma Airport (STS), and an 1hr and 15 mins from San Francisco.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 2bd & 2ba house, 800+sq ft deck, as well as the 2+ acre yard around the property.
