Less than a 10 min drive from Downtown Riverside and right next to the University of California, Riverside. A beautiful citrus field is located just outside of your doorstep. Brand new built house, with fully new furnishings.

The space
A newly built home with all new furnishings.

2 single bed rooms equipped with both with queen sized beds. A single shared bathroom between the two. Shower and bath combined with complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Towels and other amenities are provided.

A laundry room is available for use, with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom equipped with a king sized bed. Direct access to the back patio. A large walk-in closet space. And a spacious bathroom, with separate shower and bath.

The kitchen has provided cooking utensils, along with an oven, microwave and others. Bowls, plates, glasses and other utensils are also provided. A coffee machine is also available. Feel free to use all.

Guest access
The backyard will limited availability. There is currently an ADU unit behind the house, meaning the backyard will not be fully accessible. A portion of the backyard will still be available for use, including a patio area.
