Perfect for a small family or group of 5 or less. Our third bedroom is complete with a bunk bed, futon and large TV ideal for the gamer or little one in your party. Can sleep 6 if someone is willing to sleep on the futon.

Fire Pit and large back deck features corn hole, grill, putting green and large Jenga perfect for your family chill time.
