About This Listing
Yes, the room is quite small, but it is in a spacious and bright apartment in front of the Porte de Hal, between the international train station Gare du Midi and the city center.
The apartment is in a great shape, with double vitrage and wooden floors, fully equipped. The rooms is essential but cosy.
The neighborhood is ideal for all types of personalities; just discover the many possibilities that it offers; from the shops across the street to the trendy bar in front of the apartment, you can also easily get to Parvis de St. Gilles, filled with charming bars and restaurants, and discover the antique shops and the flea market in the area surrounding Place Jeu de Balle.
As far as what the nightlife concerns, choose between the Fuse, popular disco within five minutes from here, or get lost in the international jungle of the city center.
And if you don't feel like walking, metro, bus and tram stops are just around the corner.
And the cherry on top, you can start your historical tour around Brussels by visting the museum in the Porte de Hal tower, right across the street.
We just ask for respect and honesty. If there is that, all the rest will be just fine :)
This was my first experience with airbnb and the host (Cesare) as Peter was away was arguably one of the best hosts you could wish for. Informative, responsive, friendly and accommodating.
As described the room was small, but an amazing bed and great duvet. Close to the metro, close to the midi station, easy walk into center of Brussels.
A great price for a great place.
Cesare was very helpful and swift in replying to my messages. I arrived later and he was very helpful in letting me check in at this time.
The Flat is very easy to find and in a good location. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of Brussels and there are lots of amenities near by. Also very easy to get to if arriving at le Gare du midi, only 10 mins walk.
The flat itself is very modern and clean. Bright and airy!
The room is, as described, small. This, I found, was not a problem. It has all one needs. The room was very clean and bright too.
The shower is also very good!!
Peter was away, but Cesare was very very helpful. He supplied city guides and a very useful map. He proceeded to annotate the map with the best places to go! Having tested his recommendations they were spot on!!
A lovely flat and a good place to stay!!
It was amazing, the room is small but the flat is really nice. I've just met Cesare and he has been very gentle and we spent nice days together, super suggested!!!
Excellent accueil de Cesare attentif à tous les détails et plein de conseils, appartement idéalement placé en arrivant en train à Bruxelles - Midi. La description correspond parfaitement à l'appartement.
Peter and Cesare were fantastic hosts, I was only there one night but they really made me feel welcome. I don't think the photos really do the place justice either, as it's a beautiful apartment, if you had to choose between staying here or visiting a hotel I would say definitely choose their place. And a comfy bed too, which is important.
