The Space

This is a fully equipped private studio with kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor. Towels and bedding is provided. It is listed as a whole apartment because I am staying in a part that does not interupt with your stay at all, I even use a different entrance door. You do not share kitchen and bathroom with anyone.
If you need additional cleaning during your stay it can be arranged for a fee of $30.
Located in the heart of Greenpoint, close to all public transportation - G train, Greenpoint Ave stop, B62 and B43 busses, Ferry to NYC. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, park. About 15 min walk to Williamsburg, Bedford Ave area.
Open layout with small kitchen, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, WI-FI. One full size bed. Towels are provided. Parking on the street.

I recommend to try local food:
Karczma- Polish restaurant at 136 Greenpoint Ave, just few steps from Manhattan Ave, very affordable Polish dishes (about 5 min walking distance from the apt.)
Cafe Rivera at 830 Manhattan Ave (8 min walikng distance from the apt.). Great $2 croissants (ham and cheese),$2 apple turnover is yummy and macaroons (rose, passion fruit-if you like sour).
There is also brand new Nail Salon just behind the corner.(on Manhattan Avenue between India St and Java St. Manicure and Pedicure $25.

  • The apartment was exactly as advertised and is located extremely close to both the Greenpoint subway station and East River Ferry.

The area is a really laid back neighbourhood with plenty of resources such as food stores and laundrettes in the vicinity and there is a range of choice in terms of places to eat and drink.

We didn't actually meet Christina in person but she was easy to reach by email, text message and telephone and was very accommodating with check in and check out times.

Would definitely consider coming here again.

  • Christina's place is amazing, and in the middle of the beautiful neighborhood of Greenpoint, and only a few steps away from a G line metro station. There's a lot of places to buy food until very late, and lots of great bars. I only stayed for a week and the place felt like home.
I loved it and I'm hoping to go back someday.
The apt was very clean, fully stocked for your basics needs. Brooklyn is very hot at summer, but there's AC and a fan. Also the building is very quiet.
Christina was a great host, very flexible to our check in and check out times.

  • Christina's place is exactly as advertised: very practical, comfy, clean and tidy. It is also very close to the station, about 20-30min to Manhattan, and the area is calm with great food around.

I didn't meet Christina but she communicated quite efficiently and I was able to get in flat easily despite being very late and arriving in the evening. There was also little attentions like water and sweets on the table.

I would strongly recommend her studio, it was perfect for my week-end in NYC.

  • The appartment is exactly as descirbed, very comfy , we immediately felt good there. We did not meet Christine but she had left little attentions for us: chocolates, sweets and water. there is everything needed in the appartement so that you don't have to buy it ( shampoo, tea, salt...all this kinf of stuff). the area is very cool, the appartement is in a quiet street and actually 1 minute away form the metro station. the bed is good too.only thing, the fridge is quite noisy. lats but not least, christina vas always easy to reach and answered all questions, she gave us good advice too.

  • Everything was fine. Appartaments was exactly as they looked on the photos - not too much modern, but very comfortable. Flat was clean, enough towels for changeover.
Very convenient layout of the apartment - Greenpoint av. metro station in just 50 m. away! I reached Manhattan in 15 minutes. Important thing - supermarket just near the flat, you can buy food for breakfast.

  • I had a great stay at Christian's - I didn't meet her but someone else let me in no problems, despite travel delays.
The apartment is in a great location, moments from the subway, with good connections into Manhattan and to Brooklyn - it's clean, tidy and quiet.
    Thanks a lot.

  • We had a great stay at Christina's place in Brooklyn. Our flight was delayed but she was very helpful accommodating a late check in (with a bowl of candy waiting!).

In a nice neighborhood with lots of food and entertainment options within walking distance (go to Peter Pan's Bakery). There is a subway stop just down the street, about 15 minutes into Manhattan. Extra bedding and linen provided.

I would definitely recommend staying at Christina's place.

  • Christina's studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, easy access to subway (~100 ft from front door), quiet residential street, easy parking. Check-in, check-out was simple and Christina was very flexible for arrival/departure times. Will use again if available next time I go to NY.

  • I had a wonderful visit in Christina's studio. It was just as pictured in the ad; just enough for one or two people. Top things: literally steps to the subway station; lots of food options around, including several grocery stores; Quiet building; wifi (but no TV, so bring a device); nice linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen even had food staples in it. Christina is a fast and excellent communicator; she met me upon arrival, and answered all my questions and texts promptly throughout the weekend. The neighborhood is typical New York, but I felt safe. There were lots of strollers, families, and little old ladies out walking around doing their shopping. The unit was complete with all the extras that make a stay more comfortable: bathroom essentials, iron/board, umbrella, extra bedding, etc. I will return!
