  • We enjoyed our stay with Hillary and Ben. Their farmhouse is lovely, and the room was very comfortable. Hillary was very diligent about making sure we had everything we needed. She also graciously took us down to see their animals. This place is centrally located within 25-40 minutes of a few major towns, so it is perfect for those who are looking to explore several towns as we were. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

  • Hillary and Ben have a great older farm home in New Hampshire and we felt very welcomed and very comfortable. They are friendly and kind and considerate and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, made from farm fresh eggs and homemade jam. Our stay was just one night as we were passing through but we were definitely happy with everything. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was amazing.....I felt I was sleeping on clouds. Great place and I would definitely recommend it. Their dogs are super friendly and no bother at all and the other farm animals are just adorable. Thanks for a great stay.

  • Hillary and Ben were the nicest hosts! Very welcoming and friendly. They have a great home in a beautiful area. Highly recommend staying with them! And lots of fresh eggs from their chickens to be had for breakfast.

  • Hillary and Ben have a beautiful home and were extremely accommodating given our late arrival. On the way over, my boyfriend's car got stuck in the snow and we were unable to call until we'd gotten it out. Hillary was very understanding and assured me that we'd be refunded if we ended up canceling. Ultimately, we decided to keep the reservation, and I'm glad we did. The house is cozy and quaint and the animals were really sweet. :)

  • Ben and Hillary are very nice, very welcoming and are a genuinely happy couple who seem to sincerely enjoy hosting and meeting new people. We were in the area for a contra dance weekend and returned late at night and that was no problem for them. They made a nice breakfast, eating and chatting with us for quite some time. The pets were great. Their home was warm and comfortable. We would stay again for sure, though hopefully at a time when we could visit the farm and them a bit more. Thank you Hillary and Ben.

  • Our stay at Hillary and Ben’s was fantastic. We haven’t been there for long (4 nights all in all), arriving really late in the evening and once even leaving in the middle of the night, what they were absolutely cool about :) (welcomed us with a smile). The room is really nice, the bed’s super comfy and the bathroom was very clean. The house in general has its charm and the fire place makes it super warm while it was freezing outside (or probably it just felt like it was freezing outside, but it was very, very cold indeed). They have two adorable dogs and a cat that actually looks like Garfield (which made me as a cat lover a tiny bit jealous to be honest). Furthermore they have 2 horses (which really appreciated to get fed with apples), three goats and lots of hens. Hillary and Ben were both very hospitable, they always seemed to be interested in a conversation (and were interesting conversation partners) and even though we weren’t home that often (unfortunately) they always had time to talk with us about Deerfield, work and life in general. Altogether, we really enjoyed our stay, would love to come back (for longer) and can highly recommend it!

  • Hillary and Ben were very sweet and welcoming, and their house is lovely! We decided to stay in Deerfield when we couldn't find many airbnb options in Portsmouth that fit our needs, and I'm definitely glad we decided to drive a little inland to stay in their farmhouse. They were friendly, the room was cozy, and breakfast was delicious - absolutely recommended!

  • Hillary and Ben were great -- a nice, easy-going couple with a gorgeous farmhouse in a beautiful area. I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The room was very cosy and welcoming; perfect for the country getaway I was dying for! The bed was especially comfortable. There is a supermarket about ten minutes' drive away through a beautiful area. They also have two adorable dogs and provided a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

  • Hillary and Ben were wonderful hosts as were their dogs, Toby and Gus. We slept well in their comfortable bed and were treated to a delicious, farm-grown breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed talking with them about their town and New Hampshire, as it was our first time visiting the area. Their town is small and not the place to go if you're looking for nightlife, but it suited our needs just fine. In fact, the only restaurant in town that was open late turned out to be very good! We would recommend staying with Hillary and Ben.

  • I highly recommend booking a room in Hilary and Ben's lovely home which is nestled in an area of New Hampshire that is the epitome New England charm. They were warm and gracious hosts who accommodated our late arrival with a smile (and a cup of hot tea.) The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. Hilary made a lovely breakfast of farm-fresh eggs, toast and home-made jam, as well as home-made applesauce and fresh coffee. I hope to have an opportunity to stay with them again when my son and I return to the area next spring.
