We want to ensure our guests are fully informed about a significant coastal improvement project currently underway in our area. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a *****Grand Strand Beach Renourishment Project*****, which is essential for protecting our coastline against erosion and storm damage. By replenishing the sand, this initiative preserves the beaches we all love and safeguards the infrastructure that makes our vacation rentals possible.
*****Please note the following regarding your stay:
*****Operational Scope: This project is a federally managed, large-scale construction effort that is entirely outside of our control. Work is being performed in phases, moving along the shoreline in sections to keep disruptions minimal.
*****Localized Impact: The project moves in phases along the coastline. Work is typically confined to roughly 1,000-foot sections at a time, so while equipment may be visible, it does not mean the entire beach is closed.
******Refund Policy: Because this is a government-led coastal preservation project beyond our influence, we do not offer refunds or discounts due to beach construction activity or any related noise, equipment presence, or temporary access closures.

This condo sits on the border of Garden City and Surfside Beach, SC.
While no fireworks are permitted at this building, and while Surfside Beach does not allow fireworks, Garden City does! During in-season months, you can often see individuals setting off displays of fireworks on the beach as you sit on your master balcony, or enjoy the show from the beach.
Wander a few steps north on the beach to Conch Cafe where you can sit enjoying a meal as you drink in the gorgeous ocean views.
Two large grocery stores are 3 minutes and 8 minutes away.
