Description

The space

Few min walk from the subway Line A that bring you in less than 20 min to most part of Rome: Vatican, San Peter, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Piazza Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, ect. Ideal for a couple (but you are welcome also if you are alone) that is looking for a sunny location out from the touristic jam. The studio is just remodeled with all ecological material (paints, cork) and you will feel very comfortable. It possible to enjoy lunch or dinner on the spacious sunny terrace. The apt has a double bed, a living room with a very well equipped kitchen and a sofa, a bathroom. It is sunny all year long, we are actually still surprise when with eat outside during winter. You will have clean towels and blankets, internet connection and television. We leave nearby and we are always available if you need help or suggestion. Please take into consideration that the apt is on the 4th floor with no elevator, we don't have aircond, and that the terrace is connected with our other apartment downstairs; but there is also a second terrace, so don't worry there is enough space to relax for anyone.
The apt is just across from a bakery, the neighborhood has every kind of grocery shops, and it's near an important commercial street (via Tuscolana).
Walking distance from Parco di Tor Fiscale, and Parco degli Acquedotti where on saturday and sunday you can rent the bicycle and get to the appian way. Quadraro, is an old and unique roman popular neighborhood that has a special charm. I need to say this is not the richest part of Rome, but it s safe day and night time, and it is Rome! Free use of the kitchen and free coffee for sure!.
Please add a profile of yourself and fell free to ask any questions.
Ciao
Barbara

Didier was an excellent host, and especially accommodating when we needed additional directions to places or had questions. The apartment is quite nice, and is only a 10 minute walk to the local Metro station, and the bakery across the street has excellent croissants, although you get your coffee in the shop across the corner. The only drawback was having to climb 4+ flights of stairs at the end of a long day of walking around Rome tourist spots.. but we did it! Didier also helped carry luggage upon arrival and departure - nice! The patio is splendid, with an excellent breeze. 4.5 stars, actually!

A sunny loft it is! :) Very beautiful apartment with an awesome and sunny terrace. The subway is 5 minutes down the street and it takes you to romes' center in like 10 minutes. There's a 24hr grocery store at the station as well which is very convenient. Directly in front of the apartment is a little bakery. That's important because you'll wanna have breakfast on that beautiful terrace! Didier was very helpful and is just a very nice person in general. He welcomed me at check-in and gave me some tips on exploring the neighborhood and Rome. It was a great experience! Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay in Rome! The apartment is extremely cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful patio. The location was great, very fast on the metro to Termini station and all tourist destinations, all on the same line. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to meet Barbara, but Didier was wonderful and did a great job explaining the area and how to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Didier and Barbara were very kind. They helped when we needed about some things in the city and give us some usefull info when we arrived. We met Didier and he was very friendly and easygoing and clear on the explanations about the flat. The only thing is the metro is a bit farest as provided (maybe if you are not tall as me ;-). It taked about 8 minutes which is not a lot, anyway. In winter Rome was a bit colder than Barcelona but in the flat was warm and confortable, which is nice when you get home in the night after walking in the city. The terrace is fantastic; we used it although it was winter. The flat is exactly as described and very cozy and confortable.

As we like to travel, when in Rome we are always keen to meet new people from all over the world.
