This private villa is part of a small four-villa retreat tucked into an oak hammock right in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Guests consistently say it feels like home—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared.

Inside you’ll find:

A king memory-foam bed with blackout curtains, white noise machine, ceiling fan, and USB charging

Comfortable, quiet sleeping that guests rave about

A fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishwasher, and all the basics needed to cook real meals

Washer & dryer with detergent so you can pack lighter and head home with clean clothes

A full bathroom with tub/shower and grab bar

Smart TVs in each bedroom

A shared courtyard and sundeck with fire pit, tables, and gas grill

A relaxed, friendly vibe many guests describe as a “little community”

Beach wagons, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and toys—so you don’t have to haul gear or load your car

Guest access
The entire SW Villa is yours. There is a labeled parking space just outside the gate where you enter to the first unit on the South end.

Other things to note
Pet Policy: Dogs only, $150 non refundable pet fee. The entire 4 Villa property area of the Four Winds Villas has a fence and there’s also an individual fenced area right next to the northeast and southeast units that is available to keep the dog separate from others, if preferred or needed. 2 dogs max at no more than 70lbs each. Indian Rocks Beach does not allow dogs on the beach.

If you would like to check into the condo before our standard check-in time of 4:00 PM, you may do so for an additional fee of $50. Early check-in can help you settle in and start enjoying your stay sooner.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in this option, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the condo's availability.
Pack n' Play with 2 sheets is available upon request for additional fee of $25.

Downtown Indian Rocks Beach with many restaurants, Splash Harbour Waterpark and Gulf of Mexico Beach all in 5 min walking distance. There are 9 restaurants, all with bars and a couple of them with live music, including the Original Crabby Bill's just 1/2 block away. Also, a Craft Brewery, Hershey ice cream shop, coffee shop/bakery, CVS, a convenience store, surf shop and paddle board etc. rental store. All walking distance as well as beach trolley stop that runs Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach and regular bus stop steps from the property.
