A very private touch of Paradise overlooking the bush and close to all beaches.
We're pretty much mid way between Brisbane & Sydney so a perfect location to enjoy a swim, a restful break and enjoyable evening. Lots of DVD's to choose from!
Self contained, light and airy - Our 'Garden Flat' was completed in 2012 with a separate bedroom, Lounge/kitchenette, and bathroom, very private and overlooking the bush with 3 x beaches and 'V' wall only 1 to 2km's away. Good off street parking.
All crockery and cutlery supplied. Basic start up items and breakfast stuff supplied (coffee, tea , sugar, milk, cereals, bread, condiments etc.) and we've just installed a BBQ for all to use.
Our unit comfortably sleeps 2, but the sofa bed in the Lounge is a double so you can sleep 4 people at a pinch.
The 'Main' Street of Nambucca Heads is only a 5+ minute walk, or a few minutes in the car.

The Nambucca Valley is rated by the CSIRO as the most liveable climate in Australia. Being Sub tropical / Temperate the coast also benefits from the warm East Coast current that runs south from Queensland giving Summer water temps. of 20 to 24 degrees Celsius.
Nambucca Heads is primarily a beach side town with a Woolworths supermarket with 7 day bakery, take away/coffee shops, 2x bakers, butcher, and liquor stores, Chemist, Cinema and some good restaurants at very reasonable prices.
Nearest airport is Coffs Harbour (40min) with flights to and from all Australian capital cities.
Major activities include surfing, fishing, snorkeling, river canoeing/kayaking, Golf (12 golf courses within 60km radius), bush walking, bird watching, whale and dolphin watching, or just doing nothing!
Walking distance to all beaches, and town centre.
Our favorite Brunch/Lunch spots are the Watermark Cafe on the Nambucca River below the RSL, or the Cafe at rear of the V Wall Tavern (after a swim at the V Wall or Shelly Beach!).
In Summer - evening meal watching the sunset on the Terrace of the V Wall Tavern overlooking the River & Ocean is a real treat (Book to guarantee a table (Ph: (phone number hidden))) or our Thai restaurant (BYO and walking distance).

This Rental Agreement and Contract is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written above by and between the Guest or Tenant and the Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees, manager and contractors, pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described above, for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
By paying a deposit for the apartment it is accepted that these conditions have been read, understood and agreed to by the prospective tenant.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Penalty fees of $50 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
This property is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and owner or manager shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.
Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees, manager and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent, and their agents, owners, successors, employees, manager and contractors harmless in all such cases.
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees, managers or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.
The owner or manager will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owner reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the owner or manager has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, owner or representatives may enter the Property without advance notice.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests unless specific arrangements have been made with the owner.
Check-in time is 12pm.
Later check outs and earlier check ins are subject to availability and a surcharge may apply.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
Any complaints either to the Owners Corporation, neighbors or the Police may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Used of candles are not allowed in the apartment.
No furniture, Linen (other than beach towels) or effects shall be removed from the apartment without prior authorization.
No smoking is allowed inside the Flat.
Loss & Public Liability - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property and public liability. The tenant takes full responsibility for their private property and security of such during the tenancy.
Linen and Towels will be supplied.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

This is a delightful self contained flat. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is exceptionally clean and tidy. Beautiful Bed in the separate bedroom. All the fixings for breakfast, Cereal, Bread for toast, different spreads, juice etc. Great shower in modern bathroom. Lounge area with TV/DVD and an extensive DVD library.
It is very peaceful and quiet with a beautiful outlook onto the bush.
there is a BBQ and Table and Chairs outside as well. And a carport for your car. The Host Adrian and his partner are very nice, friendly & hospitable people who obviously take a lot of pride in their home and holiday let. Truly a wonderful find and Great Value for money.

Adrian was very welcoming, the space he has created is lovely, clean, and inviting. The bed was really comfy. Would not hesitate in recommending this listing.
My partner and his friend stayed at this place on their way to Brisbane, his comments were"it was great, he made us feel welcome, it was relatively accurate and a great place to stop on the way to Brisbane".

Adrian was a terrific host. He made us feel very welcome. Everything was as it was advertised. A small but comfortable flat. The bed was good and the location quiet but close to town. There were plenty of breakfast supplies in place for our use. We will happily use his accommodation ( if available) again when visiting family in Nambucca.
My partner and I stayed at the flat for a weekend away together. We were both really impressed with the flat. It is very private and well kept. We really appreciated the folder with information about things to see and do in the local area and were also grateful for the extensive DVD collection for a cosy night in! I would highly recommend the flat for a couple staying in Nambucca Heads.
We werd very tired from the trip when we arived, but Darrel brought us a bottle of wine tot recover from the trip and cooked a delicious meel for us.
Adrian and Dartel are nice people and the live in a nice house with a nice garden.
The apartment is very nice, clean and has a nice view to the Forrest.
Every night we have had a good sleep in the kingsize bed.
