  • We absolutely loved staying at Annic's apartment! It is clean, comfortable and full of natural light during the day, withplenty of fans to keep you cool. We enjoyed walking or taking the Bixi bikes (they are awesome!) to the Metro station. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet but not too far from the centre of the city. It was so easy to get into the jazz festival! Annic left us a baguette and some butter, jam and coffee for our first couple of days, which was very kind. She was easy to communicate with, replied promptly to messages and I was able to easiy reach her via telephone when we needed to direct our taxi driver on arrival. Thank you Annic for a wonderful stay!

  • We spent 5 nights at this lovely apartment end of April. Though the weather was crap, we found this place to be in a great location to see everything we wanted. Really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, as we did more cooking than eating out, and the bed was very comfortable. Laundry was an added bonus. Perfect for a traveling couple- it is a small but cozy space. Thanks Annic for the great spot!

  • I needed a quiet place to study for a month and this place was perfect. Annic was friendly and responsive to questions from how to turn on the kitchen fan to where were the best places to shop and to eat. The place is very well planned out and was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The back sliding glass door looks out over a neighborhood park. The front is a quiet residential street. Metro is 4 blocks away and you can go anywhere in the city from there. There is a very nice food store 2 or 3 blocks away where they have just about everything. If you want peace and quiet this is a great place. There were, cleaning supplies, space for your clothes extra linens, and even coffee when I arrived. I had no problems all month. Great.

  • Really nice clean self-contained apartment. It is well stocked with everything you will need. Even Annic left some food and drinks in fridge as a welcome starter kit:) Very nice! Metro is just 3 blocks away so you can be in downtown in 20 minutes. Across the street is a convenience store. The apartment is very quiet and bright. I will definitely recommend this place to everybody visiting Montreal. It is such an incredible value compare to a hotel and you will get east Montreal life experience for free:)

  • Annic's place is immaculately clean, and so quiet that I had to set my alarm to make sure I got up on time (which I normally never do!). The new mattress really is luxurious!

I very much appreciated that all the cleaning products I needed for dishes and laundry were organic / biodegradable :)

It is conveniently located with a short walk to the subway (métro).

Though we did not meet, Annic always responded very promptly to any inquiries I sent her through Airbnb.

I highly recommend Annic's place as a very affordable, cozy, convenient home away from home.

    Merci infiniment!

  • Good apartment, handy location to town as its just a few stops on the blue line (station prefontaine). Also easy bike ride to the plateau which has lots of great bars and restaurants.

Apartment well stocked with everything you need, even some food in the fridge etc which was great,

Only downside was that the bed can get fairly uncomfortable if you have any sleeping issues. Maybe time for a new mattress.

Other than that we stayed for 1 month and it was great.

    Thanks,

  • Very nice and quiet apartment, close to subway. Well equipped – there was even milk in the fridge as Annic knew I was bringing a child with me. The only not so good thing were the beds, but we got used to them after 2 days of trotting thru the city… Merci Annic, on reviendra!

  • The entire experience was wonderful. The apartment is very cozy, very clean, and very quiet. Only minutes from the subway line, which gets you downtown in no time. Annic also left us some maps, which came in very handy! We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Montreal.
