The Lv Premier Meco/Albufeira - La2 features a very spacious living area with a roomy kitchenette at one end, dining area in the middle, and living/TV area at the other end, next to the fireplace. With a very high ceiling in the living room that continues to the first floor, thanks to the open-plan design between floors. Large windows bring plenty of light into the room without affecting privacy, as the villa has a hedge with various bushes. On the main floor, 1 en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom, plus another bedroom and a common bathroom. The modern staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find a reading/games area, a south-facing terrace with sea views and a pair of sun loungers, as well as a social bathroom. Here there are 2 en-suite rooms, all double, each with a private bathroom. In total, there are 4 spacious and very bright rooms, all equipped with air conditioning/heating, plus 4 bathrooms with shower, as well as another social bathroom on the upper floor.
