Our Anthro-chic apartment with exposed brick is a little home away from home as close to town as you can get! Comfortably fits two people, has a full kitchen, fireplace, and two mountain bikes for your site seeing pleasure!
Offering a clean and private one-bedroom basement apartment in the Historic Montfort District, where the location can’t be beat!
The space is very private, with a separate entry to rest of the 1915 owner-occupied home. It is very clean, and cozy with a little potbelly fireplace in the living room, and a small kitchenette for light cooking (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwace and dishwasher). The full bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combo. The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with a small bonus room off of it for reading or getting dressed. All the rooms in the apartment have windows that open out to the backyard and the front door opens to an outdoor sitting area, perfect for a morning cup of joe! The backyard is large and fenced.
Live like a local! We are within a 5 minute walk to several local restaurants and are about a 12 minute walk into downtown. There are also two mountain bikes are available for your site-seeing pleasure!

The apartment was exactly as described and it was warm and welcoming. Haley greeted us on arrival And made us feel at home!
Fabulous apartment- and what a location! Loved being able to walk downtown from this location. I'll certainly be keeping this airbnb on my roster of places to return!
Haley and Ted are wonderful hosts and this apartment was perfect. Every detail was taken into account. The whole experience was very sweet and positive ans comfortable and nice and easy. I highly recommend staying here!
This was our first airbnb experience and we could not have asked for a better one! The apartment had everything we needed and more. Great location close to downtown. Cute, comfy, and clean decor!
This was our first time using air b&b. It was a lovely place and close to city to walk and do stuff. The bed was comfy which is the most important thing when you travel. Careful tight parking but don't need to come and go not too far to walk other than taking a trip to hiking areas or biltmore area.
We had a great time staying with Haley and Ted! The apartment was super close to downtown, the bed was really comfortable, and they provided great recommendations of places to eat and hike. Thanks a million for an awesome trip.
Hayley & Ted's place was a very nice stay while we were in Asheville. Hayley met us upon our arrival and showed us where everything was. Very friendly and hospitable. Perfect location close to everything. The space itself is very cozy and adequate for all needs (coffee, wine keys, soft towels and a very comfortable bed). We look forward to staying here again when we're back in Asheville.

We are West Coast transplants, living in beautiful Asheville, NC. We love good food, craft beer, bluegrass, hiking with our pups, and getting out to discover fun new adventures. Ted works in internet marketing, and I own a wholesale candle company.
