_Riad Amalia is in the center of Medina. It is near to the Souks, 5 minutes walk to Jamaa El Fna and a 15 minutes walk to the modern city.
It has 3 floors. 1st floor: Moroccan living room with satellite TV. and bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms. 3th floor: kitchen; bathroom with shower and roof terrace where you can take breakfast in the morning sun. The sun sets are gorgeous.
You have the option for sleeping in the living room for less money. I can even give up the Riad for a few days to a small group. __€ 79 per night in the Riad Exclusively I could pick you up at the airport in a taxi. Also the bus brings you straight from the airport to Jamaa El Fna, which is only about 5 minutes walk from the Riad. If you need, I will give you directions. Moroccan Breakfast is provided. The Riad has WiFi internet connection. Laundry service is right in the street.
I am Amine and I am also a guide in Morocco. I organise trips to Sahara with camel trekkings, to the Atlas mountains and around Marrakech. I know every place in Morocco.I am a cook and so I can teach you the typical moroccan kitchen. What are you waiting for? 4000 welcomes.
I had a very nice stay in Riad Amalia. Amine is a very friendly, helpful guy and had always time to chat. He like to host people and you can feel that. I can highly recommend this very good located Riad near the square el fna. Thank you Amine, see you next time my friend! ;)
We had a great stay in Marrakech in Amine´s. Anyway there are some things that we didn´t like very much: The breakfast is nice but limited (bread, pancake and tea). The bathrooms are really low standard. The beds are not very comfortable and it was cold in the house despite the heating system. We went with Amine on a tour to the mountains and we tried to get a better price as we thought it was too expensive (200 € for 3 of us) but we couldn´t. Amine is a really nice host but we think he should reconsider this kind of things.
Amine came to pick me up at the Airport and from that moment I knew I was going to have a great time in Marrakesh, it was truly a great experience and felt very confortable at the house and it was clean with the highlight being the cozy kitchen and roof terrace.
Amin made breakfast every morning and the best mint tea in the Rouyame Du Maroc.
His customer service was fantastic and he gave me a tour around Marrakesh for a very modest price and also introduced me to his friends shop were I bought the best soaps, spices and Argan Oil.
Thank you Amine and looking forward in coming back to your simple but humble Palace.
Amine's place is very nice and comfortable. I'm sure Amine could do better as a host.
Great central riad with a cozy roof terrace
Amine welcome me very well: he picked up me in the square jemma el fna and indicated me directly the right way to his house. Very helpful when you are crossing the souks ;)
My stay in Amine's house was very great as I shared a lot with me about culture as I was in Marrakech during the "Ramadan time": what a beautiful experience HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
Amine is very open-minded and he loves to share and show you his culture and his city.
As a great cooker, he can cook for you a tajine (please note that it will cost you the price of the products and Amine's time: much less expensive than restaurant and MUCH better!!!!)
Amine speaks also French very well
Perfect location, exceptional host.
Amine's Riad is modest and located in a relatively quite street just out of the main square. Amine is a kind host, placid in nature with an easy going attitude. Amine is also a good 'agent' and has plenty of advice for marrakech, some of which however may not always be the cheapest, as there will likely be some form of commission.
All in all amines Riad was nice to stay.
