  • I chose this host family based on the many enthusiastic reviews emphasizing their making the guest feel like a member of the family and doing everything possible to make the guest's stay comfortable and I was not disappointed. In addition, the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the kitchen well equipped. Sound insulation between rooms of the home was outstanding and the wifi worked very well. They told me of a nearby Lidl grocery store where prices and quality provided better value than I have found in the U.S. Like much of London, the neighborhood was charming and felt very safe. It was a three minute bus ride to the Boston Manor station of the Piccadilly Line, which is thirty minutes from London's best museums and 12 minutes from Heathrow Airport. I am very pleased to have found good friends in London and I highly recommend them as hosts.

  • I came to London to start my new job, before finding an house (difficult here) I stayed at Nina's house for many days, finding a friendly and warm environment. Nina and her family helped me to solve all the problem I had when I arrived, including how to arrive at work when tube in London was on strike. They welcomed me as a member of their family, Nina invited me many times for dinner or for a coffe, I confirm they are all very nice people, Nina's place is for sure a nice and cheap place where to stay if you arrive to London! :)

  • Staying with Nina and Sonom was awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. They were really nice and welcoming. I'm so thankful to Nina for offering meals when I was around. She is so generous. She also gave get advice for a first-time travellers like myself. Her place is outside of Central London but it's perfect for travellers. Some of the best food spots where within walking distance. It was also a safe place. As a female, I easily walked back home in the wee hours of the night. If you get the chance, stay with Nina.

Nina is helpful with information about the city and is interesting to talk to on a personal level as well. The house is conveniently located with good access to public transport. As well, the area has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend staying with Nina for a pleasant visit to London.

  • Nina is the most thoughtful host. Although she didn't need to she offered me meals, washed my laundry and provided patches for my back ache. In few words she went the extra mile. The sheets were changed on a weekly basis and the interior of the room (and the rest of the house) was clean. Nina also asked for feedback daily during my stay. The room has the most comfortable mattress if you have back problems like me.
