This is a 1,400 house in an upscale neighborhood. The 30319 zip code is one of the safest in Atlanta. Only one half mile from Lenox and Phipps, you can walk to the Brookhaven Marta train station at only two blocks away.
Two large bedrooms each have queen beds, the smaller third bedroom has a full sized bed. There is also a full sized crib with the latest safety features. There is a 42" 2011 plasma in the den and a 32" LED TV in one of the large bedrooms. Cable TV, high speed WIFI and a shelf stereo with iPod or iPhone dock is available. Bluray player gets Netflix and there is a video game console. There are numerous DVDs and CDs. Full sized treadmill available.
I stress comfort with memory foam pads on beds, soft cotton sheets and blankets and upscale contemporary and vintage furniture by Ethan Allen etc. All appliances are stainless steel and there are full sized front loading laundry appliances.
You may walk to the Brookhaven Starbucks for coffee, Terra Terrior for dinner, Krogers, a deli and a great Chinese restaurant. The place is in a walk friendly neighborhood inhabited by beautiful people.
Interaction with Guests
Not much interaction with owner. You get key from a lock box on site.
People in upscale Atlanta neighborhoods are fit and friendly. Always someone in track shoes on the sidewalk when you look out a window.
The Marta train station is two blocks away. Roll your suitcase here if you fly in, you may catch the train inside the airport. The house is on the gold line.
No parties, and quiet by 10 pm. This is a family neighborhood. No smoking at all and no pets, no candles or anything else on the top five list of house fire causation.

This is a picture of my daughter and myself taken with Jimmy Carter during the City Segway tour. My family really enjoyed that. We also like the Atlanta Ballet, Braves games, Six Flags Over Georgia, the Botanical Gardens and plays by the Georgia Shakespeare Company. We are all a bunch of nerds. My family has been in the rental business since the early 70's. My mom and I own a couple properties in Georgia together and they are used as short and long term rentals. In between renters I get to enjoy the city, which is a situation that couldn't be more ideal. Atlanta is a wonderful city that I discovered in 1987 when I worked at Johnny's Hideaway in Buckhead while getting ABA paralegal certification. I spend a lot of time in the North Georgia countryside close to beautiful Carter's Lake, in an inner tube in the summer and painting, gardening and fixing up flea market furniture the rest of the time.
