The home is centrally located, just north of McCormick Ranch and minutes from Scottsdale’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. 40amp Tesla/EV charger in garage. Available for 30+ day rentals only.

TESLA & EV Charging - 40amp charger with J1772 CCS adapter for non-Tesla electric vehicles. First 500kW is complimentary (approximately 6 full charges). Guest is charged $0.140/kWh thereafter. CCS adapter is compatible with all Japanese-made electric vehicles.

We host our out-of-state family here in this very home when it’s not in use, and therefore have the highest quality & maintenance expectations.
