Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
This is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway! Tastefully decorated, large balcony, compact kitchen w/ breakfast bar, updated bathroom, & views far out into the ocean! At night, the Broadway skywheel can be seen lit up! This location is ideal & central. Walking distance to the convention center, several restaurants, shops & Broadway at the Beach. There is free parking for 1 vehicle in the garage across the street. We offer a set of linens and a starter back of toiletries for your convenience.

The space
The entire condo is yours to enjoy! The bedroom has a new king sized comfy bed! There's a kitchen to make meals in and floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the southbound coastline! The balcony has seating for two. Large flatscreen wall-mounted TVs in both the bdrm and LR! Downstairs you will find indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a large lawn with tables and chairs. Laundry room is located off the indoor pool area. In the front of the building, you will find a convenience store stocked with drinks, snacks, beach equipment and essentials. Next to the beach store is an all hours ice machine and soda machine as well.

Other things to note
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, elevator, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.

-We provide a starter set of toiletries, but you will likely need to replenish those during your stay.

-Pest control for 2025:
May 20, June 17, July 17, Aug 19, Sept 16, Oct 14, Nov 18, Dec 16
Pest control service cannot be declined or rescheduled at guest's request. This is a necessity for the health and safety of the building.

-There is some balcony repair work scheduled for the fall of 2025. Our specific balcony is not included, however some floors above us, beside us and below us will be having work done... this may cause noise during your stay. There should be no access to balconies while the work is being done.
(Update this will occur in November and is set to be complete before Thanksgiving.)
