The kitchen, living room, bathroom -- all common areas are yours to share.
Typically the owner is out and about quite a lot, so anticipate a friendly welcome and help with anything you need, but a relatively quiet home and space to yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: Aside from one we have had nothing but marvelous experiences with our guests and are delighted their reviews reflect the same! Unfortunately we had one unusual extended-stay guest who we asked to leave early, whose review appears below stating that they requested a refund. If you'd like to know a bit more about us we're happy to reply with both of our creative websites so you can get to know our personalities a bit more!
Boerum Hill is a charming, quiet residential neighborhood in Brooklyn, just a 5 minute walk to great shopping and dining on trendy Smith St and Park Slope's 5th Avenue.
Many celebrities call our neighborhood home for the charming brownstones just far enough off the main streets to make it feel charming and tucked away, while convenience is right around the corner.

The chocolate chip zucchini muffin at Blue Sky Bakery is not to be missed. Trust us.
Prime Meats is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. Period.
Kristen's room is small but functional and the bed was comfortable. However, it is dark and looks onto an alleyway, as does the kitchen and living room outside her room. Internet went out for days and there was no cell signal. The location is central and has easy access to the subway.
Kristen was very easy to deal with remotely but her roommate was difficult and left alot to be desired. I finally asked for, and received, a refund because the environment was so hostile and uncomfortable. I stayed there in May.
