Get away from it all at our cozy cabin in the mountains that sleeps 6. (3 queens) Enjoy a quiet stay while you rest, walk around our pond and even fish if you desire, all while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
There is a creek that runs in front of the cabin as well as on the side. It is accessible, however, you have to go down a small embankment to get there. Children (my grandchildren anyway), love this!
Located 45 minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, and 1 hr. from Red River Gorge

The space
The cabin is approximately 1200 sq. ft. with heating and air-conditioning.
It is all wood exterior/interior. Interior is white maple ship lap.
The lower level has an open concept living room (with fireplace), dining area, kitchen with island counter sitting space.
The master bedroom and bath are also on lower level. The bathroom is accessible from master and from kitchen/pantry area.
It has a loft as second story that over looks the living area. The loft has two queen size beds.
It has a front and back porch. A creek runs in front of the cabin. The back is a beautiful open space with a fire pit and plenty room for parking, outside games etc.
It has an enclosed utility/mud room off the back porch.

Other things to note
Comfort for my guests is extremely important to me. Included , foremost in that, is for them to have peace of mind that they’re staying in a clean environment. Of course, linens and towels are washed after every use and I wipe down most surfaces (counters, door knobs, light switches, furniture, sofas, etc.) with a disinfectant. I use a ton - toxic cleaner for this. (Thieves cleaner which kills germs without harmful toxins). On days when weather permits, I let the windows stay open to air out the house.
My policy in cleaning is that I wouldn’t want my guests to stay anywhere that I wouldn’t want to stay myself, and I’m picky!! Ask my husband!
It is a rustic aesthetic, but a clean one!
