Great location, and room looked exactly as described. Fully furnished kitchen which is a big plus if you are looking to cook for yourself. Only small drawback is that it is a basement apartment so sometimes it is a bit noisy when people are walking on the floor upstairs.
This place was one of the best I've stayed at. The neighborhood was friendly and Jaclyne & Francois were wonderful! The space was great for exactly what we needed and was adjacent to several markets and local spots. We were able to get there easily and truly enjoyed our vacation. Our hosts were able to point out anything we needed and give us a couple of pointers as well. Next time I'm in Montreal, I'll be sure to book the Sugarshack.
I rent this apartment for my Aunt and Uncle who came to visit me in Montreal. I was so happy with the location and the flexibility of J&F. They both responded very quickly and texted me to make sure everything was going well. Worth every penny!

About the Host, Jaclyne Et François
Jaclyne and I are working in the movie industry here in Montreal. We usually rent this apartment to foreign students because of it's central location and the proximity to Mc Gill University. But we are travelers ourselves and were warmly welcomed when we were abroad, so we felt the need to offer our local knowledge and perfect location to fellow travelers. We love to share and we pride ourselves with helping you experiencing this great city the local way!

Go on sundays, in the summer to see hundreds of people jamming with tams tams, doing slack line and fighting with foam swords. The rest of the days, this mountain is still beautiful for a walk.Montréal Québec
