You have a double room. You can use the kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coffe, milk, tea, biscuits and fruits are free for self-service breakfast (I prefer to leave possibility to everyone to prepare his own breakfast at his time). You can also use the shared bathroom/toilet and the lounge. It's a smoking apartment and sometimes there's a middle sized dog living here. I only recommend to leave everything in the apartment as you find it and to not disturb the neighbors. If you have some questions before and during your stay here don't hesitate to ask. Have a good stay here!
Everything was good, clean and friendly. The location was excellent, very central and convenient for taking the metro but also for walking. The espresso coffee in the morning was a nice "extra", always a good way to start the day. The shower was good, and the bed very comfortable. The only negative point wasn't about the apartment, but one of the recommended restaurants, Al Cavallino Bianco, just up the street . For the price (moderate), both the quantity and quality of the food was not very good. Maybe some of the other restaurants in the neighborhood are better, but we didn't try them. The best part of our stay was just talking with Federeico and his friends. Thanks for everything!
Federico was a lovely, respectful, and flexible host. My friend and I stayed in the apartment for three nights and had a wonderful time in Rome. The apartment is really well-located and Federico even gave us a list of recommended restaurants on a map. Definitely recommended!
Federico's place is cozy as described. It is located in perfect location close to transportation. You can get to the almost every attraction spot within 20 minutes.
Perfect location, walked everywhere. Didn't see the host much but he answered all my question quickly. Quite a big, spacious room - highly recommend.
The place was as described and clean. Federico was helpful and provided us with map and guidance. The location was very convenient and within walking distance to central station (Termini). overall very good exprince and comfortable stay.
Thanks Federico, , he is so friendly and so helpful,, location is great and it is in a safe area. Close to the historical area. Thanks again, and any time I will visit Rome again, I would love to stay there.
It has the perfect location. One block away from Manzoni Metro Station. The room is ample and with a high ceiling. I felt comfortable. The convenience stores and ethnic food restaurants are open very late.
