The apartment location is wonderful, two stops by the metro to Roma Termini and lots of restaurants nearby. Bed is super comfy and the bathroom easy to use. The self-helping breakfast is very convenient too.
Fedrico was friendly and a great host, when we arrived the room was clean and ready, he welcomed us with a small bottle of wine and had maps and pamphlets about rome ready for us, location is good 2 min walk to the metro and a 10 min walk to colosseum. Would highly recommend staying with fedrico.
Federico was welcoming and was flexible in our arrival time, which was later than we expected due to travel delays. The neighbourhood, being reasonably close to Termini, is a bit rundown. The apartment was clean and tidy and as described. This was our second stay.
Easy to find and no issues checking in. Federico was a very kind and friendly host. Room was clean and as advertised. Within walking distance to many attractions. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay at Fredrico's apartment in Rome. Cute apartment and in a great location (walking distance from colosseum.) Fredrico was extremely welcoming and offered us fruit and cookies upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.
Federico made me feel welcome and offered a huge space- bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. I don't believe that I would want to stay in that specific neighborhood again because it is not too close to where things are happening (Via del Corso ) for example, but was a good value. Please note that when traveling to Italy in the summer time, it is VERY hot and humid and for me air conditioning is very important. This apartment does not offer air conditioning but Federico provided me with a fan which was nice. I would only consider going back if in October or after when the weather is cooler.
We had a welcome bottle of wine as we arrived to the apartment which we feel very welcomed. Frederico is very friendly and would give you great advices for where to eat and see places in Rome.
