An entire row home all for you!
My house is a two story, one bedroom/one bath in the beautiful Art Museum/Fairmount neighborhood. The first floor includes the living room which has a pullout couch that can sleep 2. The living room opens up to a spacious kitchen fully equipped for any cooking you would like to do. There is a newly renovated outdoor patio off the kitchen for you to enjoy when the weather is nice. The second floor has a spacious bathroom, large hallway and a bedroom with a queen size bed that sleeps 2. My house has hardwood floors, wireless internet, central air, cable TV, lots of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the basement. My house is clean, comfortable and you can make yourself at home very easily during your stay. Street parking is available and abundant during the day and on weekends. It does gets harder to park after 6PM when people are getting home from work but public transportation is easy to use, especially if you have an iPhone to help.
The Art Museum/Fairmount area is a great neighborhood with restaurants, bars, corner markets and history including the famous Eastern State Penitentiary. There are many buses within 1-2 blocks of my house that are easy to use and can take you to all areas of interest in the city including downtown, Old City, South Street and Rittenhouse Square. Its just a 5 minute walk to the Art Museum, Fairmount Park and Kelly Drive running path along the Schuylkill River, the Barnes Foundation and Rodin Museum.

Would certainly use again.
No problems encountered with processing
Jen's place was great! Clean and convenient. Jen herself was responsive, flexible, and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Very nice and neat townhouse in a very convenient location. Literally within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Downtown Philly. Parking is insane, though, but if you're from a city you're likely used to that being an issue. Would definitely recommend this to others.
My husband and I stayed in Jen's home for a week and she was such a gracious host. The house was immaculate, homey, and in a great neighborhood. She was also very responsive to our questions and quite flexible. We were unsure how long we needed to be in Philly for a family matter and she patiently accommodated our need to stay a little longer.
We will never forget her hospitality & kindness.
Jen's place is terrific. It is clean and has everything you could want. Jen is available and accommodating and the location is great. Nice restaurants in walking distance, parking on the street and a bus into downtown on the corner. I highly recommend her place. We will be back.
I stayed at Jen's with my graduate student son: myself upstairs and my son downstairs on the pullout sofa. Easy walking distance to the museum's and nearby buses to downtown. Jen made a point of meeting me on arrival to 'introduce' herself and her house - a much appreciated personal touch. It was totally perfect for our purposes.
Paradise. Place was clean and very cozy. Kitchen was wonderful and bed was great. Jen rocked as a host. Was almost like having my very own concierge. Plan on staying again multiple times. If you want to feel at home away from home then this is the spot for you.
Jen's place was perfect for the three of us. My daughter slept on the pull-out couch downstairs and my husband and I slept upstairs on a bed that felt like a cloud - so comfy! As we were working the lock box to enter the home, Jen's neighbor introduced himself and offered to help if we needed anything or had any questions as he was leaving. That was a nice gesture. The street Jen lives on is amazingly narrow and almost feels like a private alley, but we managed to find parking near the home most nights. We really loved that we could easily walk to all the museums we wanted to visit. We also loved eating at the neighborhood thai place TRIO. Although Jen's place isn't huge, she uses her space perfectly, keeping the home clean and simple. We loved having breakfast on the small patio, too. Thanks, Jen!
Jen's home was the perfect accommodation for our stay near the museums. I had just spent 3 nights in a lovely downtown Philly hotel but really appreciated the quiet neighborhood when we moved to Jen's place. We didn't have a car and were able to easily explore the Fairmount neighborhood on foot and by bicycle, which we rented one day for a ride up the Schuylkill.
Although we didn't meet Jen she was a conscientious host via email and through her attention to detail in her charming house. She knows what it takes to provide for her guests. Loved the comfortable upstairs bed, and overall it was a great place to come home to at the end of the day.
