Response from Mimi:

Marina, I'm upset to hear about your experience inside the apartment 12 days after your departure. I have property managers that clean and meet guests and if it is unsatisfactory, I need to know immediately so I can send them back to do the job they are paid for and continued unsatisfactory work is cause for their dismissal. You are paying for a service, so with the great communication we had before your stay, I should have well-informed to make changes. Please let your hosts know, in future, so that your stay is the best it can be inside the apartment as well as outside in the city.
