As 30+ years season ticket holders of the Packers and Wisconsinite's, we've always dreamt of owning a home in this small town and enchanting neighborhood. It's something that can be passed on for generations to come and we've finally made it happen!

🛏️ Each bedroom features quality mattresses, soft white linens, and separate dressing/vanity areas to ease bathroom congestion.

🍽️ Large family-friendly kitchen equipped with all the essentials for fun and easy mealtime.

🛋️ Two spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax and spread out.

🎱 Packer-themed Basement --> Bar that seats 8, pool table, pub table, darts, mini fridge, and a huge leather sectional with a 65" TV—gets you into the football spirit!

🚗 Oversized 2-car garage tailgate spot with epoxy flooring, bar seating, darts, cornhole boards, Plinko, full fridge, and table.

🔥 Spacious backyard with a 6-person hot tub, patio, grill, propane fire pit, fenced in yard, and plenty of space to toss a football and outdoor games!

🚶Walking distance to Lambeau Field, Titletown District, and Resch Expo Center.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked maintenance closets and an outdoor storage shed reserved for owner use.

Other things to note
Guests also have access to a laundry room, which is located in the basement. Along with two full-size refrigerators(one in the kitchen and garage), and a stand-alone ice chest.

The fully fenced backyard is child-friendly with plenty of space to play. Motorcyclists will appreciate the large garage for secure, weather-protected parking.

While typically quiet and family-oriented, Game Day transforms the area into an exciting celebration, with festive crowds and the unmistakable energy of Lambeau right outside your door.

The Stadium District is easily accessible on foot, with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance.

As this neighborhood remains largely owner-occupied, we kindly ask that guests treat the home and community with respect. This is not a party house, but a space we hope to share for years to come—thank you for helping us preserve what makes it so special.
