  • I spent a good quality extended time with Flohic and his girlfriend Anna in his place. We shared several dinners and music experiences. Flohic is a cool person, looking for the best way to make the guest feels really comfortable as homestay. The house has all you need and more to enjoy the stay and is very clean and lightfull, located in a quite area close to the center. It's my reference place in Dublin. Thanks Flohic

  • Second time staying with Flohic, his place was my first choice when I knew I was going to be going to Dublin.

Lovely guy, very easy to talk to and great host.

Highly recommended if your visiting Dublin and need somewhere to stay.

  • Perfect staying! The house was super clean and tidy. Its situated not too far from the city centre and a couple of min from the tram station.
Flohic is a lovely host, always available and chatty.
    Advisable!

  • Flohic was a GREAT host, very nice and friendly.

The place was very nice and comfortable. We actually stayed in side more than we though because the weather was a little crazy.

The location was a little bit outside of the central area with a 20 minute walk to get to our favorite restaurant near Temple Bar area.. I recommend taking the bus to get in and out of the central down town if you want to go.

  • Flohic was a fantastic host! He kept in communication with me from the beginning until the arrival. Most importantly, he is very friendly and cooperative. Being that it was my first time in Dublin, I truly appreciated his attention to detail - including excellent directions and walking us to the apartment!
The apartment itself was cozy, organized, clean, and lovely! It felt much more like the apartment of a friend, rather than stranger. The decor is unique and tasteful.
My stay at Flohic's attributed to my new love for Dublin and I'd be happy to return.

  • My husband and I had a great stay at Flohic's apartment! The place was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It is a convenient walk to Dublin city center and is close to some great attractions (Irish Museum of Modern Art, Guinness Storehouse, Phoenix Park). Flohic was a great host! He is very easy going, knowledgeable about Dublin, and made us feel very welcome in his home. We definitely recommend this apartment!

  • My 4 day stay at Flohic's was perfect. He is an extremely accommodating and wonderful host. My initial impression of him being a phenomenal host came before I even arrived as he was able to accommodate me with short-notice.

His loft is absolutely wonderful. Extremely neat and well-appointed. It was on par with something I might see out of design catalog.

I landed in Dublin not knowing what neighbourhood I would be staying in but realized I would be staying the most perfect location. Flohic's loft is located 15-20 minutes (depending on how brisk you walk) from the city center and a 5 minute walk from some of the best stops in Dublin (The Guinness Storehouse and Kilmainham Gaol) and 10 minutes from Christ Church Cathedral. A cab to and from Temple Bar is no more than 8-10 Euro.

I had a phenomenal time during my short time with Flohic as he's such a genuine and charismatic person. I will definitely be staying again when I return to Dublin without hesitation.

  • Me and my girlfriend had a great time in Dublin staying with Flohic. His place is beautiful and the pictures are 100% representative of what you will find; stylish, modern and clean. Flohic was a great host, very easy to talk to and made us both feel really welcome and at home straight away.

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the Luas tram system meant travelling to the city was extremely convenient taking less than 20 minutes. The location of the house was ideal, situated on a very pretty and quiet street.

A great place to stay if you are in Dublin!!

  • It is the perfect house to know Dublín. 20 minutes walking to the city center. It is a lovely and modern house, calm and good enviroment. Flohic is very friendly and he likes help and share experiences. Now he is our friend in Dublín.

  • This is a lovely house and Flohic was a great host. I stayed with my husband for one week and the location for us was ideal. The Luas stop into the city centre is just around the corner and there are also plenty of buses. The house itself is beautiful, just like the photos and we had a private toilet which was good. Flohic was an excellent host, giving us information and very easy to get along with. We will be back.
