Interaction with Guests
I´m always available for chats and advices and I do enjoy a good conversation with my guests, but I'm also very respectful of your privacy.
I love my neighborhood because it is quiet but yet close to the nightlife, bars and restaurants, and all the mayor sites of the Center. We also have our "own" swimming pool across the street and a very nice public park just down the (email hidden) Reykjavik art museum.
The flybus stops just around the corner (less than 30 sec walk) and the city buses central station is with in 5 min walk, and the BSI bus central is 10 min away, plus there is plenty of free parking in my street.
Other Things to Note
My neighborhood is one of the first in Reykjavik to be planed and designed by the authorities it was built around 1935 and has strong funkis characteristics, I enjoy very much taking short walks around it and sense the past.
Please do not smoke in the apartment, and I appreciate that you take good care of it and leave it the way you found it.
From Jun 1 - Aug 31, 2015 the minimum stay is 1 night.
What a nice place to stay. You really have everything you need to cook and feel at home. Just mind your head on the bathroom door. Ragga was really accommodating and an awesome host.
We had a great time in Reykjavik! Raga was very accommodating even though we arrived at our stay at 4 in the morning. The studio is very lose to all the great sites around the city and very close to the main highways out of Reykjavik. The studio had everything we needed. We were also left without luggage after it was lost at the airport but Ragga was around to accept our luggage when it was delivered. Great experience and I would highly recommend this listing!
The place is very well-located and has all the amenities you need for a stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with Ragnhildur. Thanks a lot!
Ragnhildur's apartment was a joy to stay in! She and her husband were both very kind and friendly. The apartment was in great condition and we had absolutely everything we needed. The three of us were very comfortable in the apartment. The location was great and close to the bus station where you catch the airport bus. Thank you, Ragnhildur, for making us feel welcome and at home!
Cozy apartament and well equipped. The position is really usefull: quiet, easy to reach and in few minutes in you are in Laugavegur street. Very large bathroom!
Raggas place was awesome. Quiet and far enough away where you don't hear noise at night, but only a 10-15 min walk from downtown. Clean, with everything you need. Would stay there every time.
Easy to find and close to both the central parts of Reykjavik as well as the BSI Bus station. Ragnhildur was not at home when I arrived, but she had arranged so that another person helped me with checking in. I was able to leave my heavy rucksack in a storage room while I wandered around town waiting for the check-in time. The apartment had all necessary things (kitchen utensils, washing machine for clothes) for a nice stay and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a guide book about Iceland, an informative brochure on nearby food markets, how the Internet works, etc. I warmly recommend this place!

I'm a well travelled open minded and easy going person. In my experience one of the most important thing for a traveller is a good night sleep and for that you need clean rooms and good beds. We have that plus a great location.
