This town home is located in downtown Aspen, just three blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and world-class shopping & restaurants. Also three blocks from the local grocery & local spirits establishment. While on a quiet coulda sack you are within a few-minute walk to everything. The 3BR/2BA home has 2BR/1BA on the main level; one queen bedroom & the second bedroom has two bunked full sized beds. The third bedroom a king bed & the 2nd full bath is on the top level with near the living room and kitchen that leads out to a balcony with a gorgeous view of Aspen Mountain. New furnishings, mattresses, bedding, 55" TV & wood burning fireplace.
The head count for guests in this unit must be 6 or less per the new HOA regulations due to disrucptive past vacation renters. If more than 6 ppl go in, the owner looses rental privlidges thus leaving the guests that have booked after you with no place to stay & fines & bad reviews incurred by the owner. If more that 6 ppl are in the unit, those guests will be liable for damages to successive renters and the owner should the unit consequntly become an inactive rental.
Personal concierge service is an optional amenity -- we can help you with everything from dinner reservations to rental cars & chauffeur services upon request. Two blocks away you have full access to the Sky & Nell Hotel heated outdoor pool & hot tub.
The bus station is also with in blocks. Enjoy free transit to Highlands, Snowmas or anywhere in town.
Prices start at $300/night in off season, $600 in season & up depending on the holiday or event. We also have other Aspen properties ranging from

*prices are subject to change for seasonal pricing. calandar pricing is often not populated correclty more than two months is advance as special event dates are not released by the city chamber of commerce yet. be sure to check pricing w/agent if the price seems too good to be true for the time period you are looking at. High season rates are generally are 2 to 3 times the rate of off season. Off season rates apply in late April to Late Nov. Winter high season rates apply from December to mid April. Summer high season rates apply mid June to late Sept.
Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner/Property Manager access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Rental Rate: The balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival & is non
refundable should the reservation be cancelled with in 30 days of the booked
arrival date if it can be rebooked.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit and rental rate will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled __30__ days prior to the Check-in Date, _60_ days if holiday or
special event weekend
0% if cancelled __30__ days or less to the Check-in Date
* All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Smoking is NOT allowed.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Living in the high country means sharing territory with furry friends. Bears, coyotes,
& foxes are a common sight. For this reason I supply bear pepper spray, an air horn & instructions in the event of an encounter at the home. Please be sure to properly clean up after using the BBQ, secure trash in the bear proof trashcan, & secure pets so we can keep our majestic Colorado wildlife safe. Should we need to report them to the DOW they are sadly captured and put down.
The house is stocked with dishwasher detergent, towels, linens & enough toilet paper depending on the length of your stay. Recommended items to purchase should you require them during you stay: Laundry detergent, paper towels, zip lock bags, toilet paper, Kleenex. If you would like the house pre stocked with groceries etc. this is a service we provide if you inquire. It is recommended to add vinegar to the dishwasher, as the mineral content of the mountain water is high. This keeps the glassware sparkling!
Pets are NOT allowed.
Parking: PARKING PASS – The (1 & only) parking pass will be located in the unit on the dining table. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times & you may park with in two blocks of the house for free. Parking must be paid for outside of the two blocks at pay stations in town. Failure to display may result in the ticketing or towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking pass inside the unit upon departure.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. If you would like us to schedule housekeeping during your stay we are happy to arrange this for am additional fee.
Pool & Hot Tub: The Sky Hotel pool & Little Nell Hotel pool welcome paying patrons to their bar or restaurant allowing pool use however they reserve the right to ask non hotel guests to leave if they are at capacity with in house guests.
Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. I highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. I do not refund due to road or weather conditions.
