Christopher's Apartment is very Cute and charming. I never meet with Christopher because He was on work travel to Amsterdam. But I met with his friends Joyce, She was very nice and friendly she help me with the "check-in".
and Christopher's roommate Eddie is super nice and friendly. The Apartment is oddly shape but its have great appeal because of it. we drive to NYC and worried about parking situation but 3 days we were stayed there it was very easy to find street parking, that it self save us lots of money. this apartment is like 3 blocks away to chinatown and not to far from subway (but its kinda tricky to you might ask someone direction to the subway for shorter way). This apartment is located in 3rd floor so for me its high enough so you don't hear any loud noises, Eddie warn us about the tenant on the 4th floor sometime he/she can be loud but I never heard anything from upstair. Overall I definitely go back here again, This apartment so good I would live here for sure :)
Super place just in 3 minutes from lower Manhattan.
Super apartment with friendly Eddy:)
Super room ( a little bit coldy, but i think it was our mistake wih heating regulator)
100% wish back here.
Chris was fast and helpful in his communications. He was away when we stayed in the apartment with his room-mate Eddie. Eddie was really welcoming and friendly, answering our questions and helping any time we needed it. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was great and we would definitely stay there again!
Christopher was out of town, but his roommate Eddie was a great host! He even helped my daughter and I with our luggage. The apartment was very clean including our room (with air conditioner) and the restroom was also very clean. I would book this apartment again!
The stay was good, the place was in welcoming and the bed was well made. Neighbors were not too loud and the noise outside was not too loud either for being on a street corner. We would have given 5 stars but the bathroom was messy. The bathtub was a little hairy and the floor was a little dirty. We did not meet Christopher but roommate was cool and was very respectful.
