A beautiful and private room with a private bathroom next to it in a DANCE STUDIO. Very calm at night on weekdays. A bit noisy during the day (classes), so it's ideal for those who wish to visit the city during the day. We also have shows on weekends
We offer a nice and cozy room with a queen size bed. It has a nice private bathroom right next door, that is shared with the other room for 2 guests, when there are other guests.
The room is part of a big house working as a Cultural center. We offer FLAMENCO/CONTEMPORARY DANCE/ACTING/YOGA lessons (Hojas de te) You can check it out on our (website hidden) fanpage or the website with (website hidden).
We've been operating since January! so it's brand new!
The house has 4 dance studios, 1 store, 1 small cafeteria in the entrance,1 office room ( for my DESIGN STUDIO)and 1 other room that we also rent sometimes . And a cool rooftop/modest terrace to hang out during the sunny days in Mexico.
I has no actual kitchen, but in the cafeteria we have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and small oven to use freely.
The room we offer is mostly used to receive special guests for the Center, like dance teachers from abroad, etc.
There are TWO BEDROOMS in the house, so you will be sharing the bathroom with another guest, when there is one.
During some weekends we organize small performing events in the upper level, such as flamenco nights, bohemian (music) nights, movie night, etc... All our guests are very welcome to assit.
Also to be aware that there's some movement of people in the house during those events.
Nina is an adorable black labrador who keeps us company every day, she lives with me. You'll love her.
It is a very well located house, in a small street, in the center of the city, zona rosa. One block away from Reforma Av., and very close to colonia Roma, colonia Condesa.
You will love staying here, it has so much life all day long.
There's a big mall just one block away, the metro station is 3 blocks away and the bus stop as well. Very good public connections.
They have access to everything
Interaction with Guests
I am present but working in my studio, so we sometimes have nice chats, i give them advice for everything if needed.
Other Things to Note
The dance studio closes at 10:30 pm, So LAST CHECK IN IS AT 10:30 pm , because after that there's no one else to welcome the guests. :)
Adriana's home is one of the best place to stay in Mexico City. Clean, safe, perfectly located in the heart of the animated neighborhood of Zona Rosa yet quiet, and exotic. We were invited to a unique Flamenco Jazz performance from Spain at Hojas de Te, Adriana's dancing studio and tea salon in the same building, on the night of our arrival. Adriana is an excellent host, kind, helpful, multicultural, well rounded, perfectly trilingual, and classy. French travelers, please note Adriana's French is perfect with a slight Parisian accent, if you prefer to converse in our native language des Gaulois. Overall, a memorable experience of our Valentines getaway at Adriana's home. Highly recommended to anyone. Thank you Adriana.
Adriana was very nice to host our good friend Marta who was traveling to Mexico for the first time, who doesn't speak Spanish, and who never used Airbnb before.
Adriana took a great care of Marta. She was super friendly, invited Marta to the party, and helped her to order taxi for the early morning. Location was perfect, safe, and close to all attractions. Room was was nice and cozy, exactly as described.
Marta's experience was very positive and she highly recommends staying with Adriana.
Very Nice place to stay. Nice people,
Easy going. There is a café downstairs with coffee, water and beer. You have a room in a building of dance studios that is spatious and clean and safe. Bathroom is convenient and next to room. Super well located in the city close to the center downtown and all the upscale stuff.
Adriana's place is the most perfect rest- stop in Mexico City, it is lovely and close to everything. The bathroom is shared, and very modern. Having been to Mexico City a few times, we found the very spacious bedroom and quiet street absolutely the best. The rooms are located in a wonderful and funky dance studio, and you are only steps away from Paseo de La Reforma (the prettiest promenade in Mexico City). Reforma takes you to the Bosque Chapultepec (30mins on foot, 5 mins in taxi from Adrian's place) or (in the other direction) to the Bellas Artes and Centro Historico (30mins walking). We like to walk, so it was perfect and the hospitality was great. If you prefer the metro then you have a few metro stops within 10mins walk. This place is in the Zona Rosa, a short walk to historic Condesa and to the Centre of Mexico City (is Centro historic). We will definitely return to this place. The only downside was that shower water was sometimes an inconsistent temperature.
I couldn't meet her. However she always try to help me via email.
The room is very cute and clean.
A little disappointing is I couldn't take a hot shower. She tried to fix it but it didn't work. Hope it is fixed now.
The location is very good and useful. Friday night and Saturday night are little noisy.
Really central location - great tapas place opposite, really welcoming, don't stay if you want afternoon Siestas as they practice flamenco but I loved it! Great room, great vive friendly people & lovely in house dog!
