This romantic, classically styled Mexican villa offers a casual elegance not often found in today's world. View pelicans, frigates, dolphins, whales, iguanas, butterflies, and other wildlife while sipping cold drinks from the privacy of the patio.
San Pancho is a wonderful, quaint, and very friendly little village on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, just 30 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, and 10 miles north of Punta de Mita (the home of both Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts and all of the amenities that go along with 5 star properties such as these). San Pancho, formally known as San Francisco has one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Casa Pacifica is on the nicest stretch of this mile long beach, just a short walk from the center of this lovely little Pacific coastal jewel, where the rich culture of the indigenous people magically blends with the newer customs of their North American and European neighbors. Here you will find everything from an Italian Bakery, to a Brazilian restaurant, from a choice of grocery stores to a myriad of quaint shops that line the cobblestone streets.
There are excellent restaurants in town with varied international menus, really good local Mexican dishes, great margaritas, and plenty of fresh seafood, and Casa Pacifica is only a block from the best restaurant, Mar Plata. Other evening activities include live entertainment, Saturday night polo matches and endless forms of art and culture. Dolphins and Whales are common to the area and they will captivate your heart as they magically entertain you with their delightful dancing show; especially during the months of October through February. San Pancho also has a yoga and wellness center, named El-Estar, meaning "Being". The multiple relaxation and healing treatments provided by these incredible therapists can enhance your long or short stay as well as heal your aches and pains. New in 2011, San Pancho also has its own golf course. Las Huertas Golf Club is a nine hole course that can be played as 18 and is located about one quarter mile from Casa Pacifica.
This romantic, classically styled Mexican villa offers a casual elegance not often found in today's world. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own private ocean front balcony with an attractive lounge area. New renovations and furnishings including designer linens; a Weber Gas Grill on the patio; a high end gourmet kitchen complete with Wolf Range, Subzero refrigerator, new Spanish Colonial tile counter tops, and quality cookware and cutlery; ensure that your stay will be comfortable and luxurious.
Your days can be filled with activities -- from swimming to sightseeing to taking yoga -- or you can just lounge by the plunge pool or on the white sand beach and wait for the sun to drop into the beautiful, blue Pacific. Whales migrate between October and February. See them from the terrace or get close-up on a boat in the Bay of Banderas. As a nature lover you can enjoy tropical birds flying by or go on a bird watching tour. Observe iguanas, geckos, tajones or tour the turtle nursery and help release the baby turtles into the ocean. Ocean kayaking, a zip-line adventure, snorkeling and hiking in the palm jungle are the best ways to enjoy the tropical environment. The sunsets are breathtaking! Casa Pacifica is tropical Mexico as you dreamed it would be.

Ron made check-in very easy for us and the house was extremely clean. The location is amazing, underneath a mossy tree canopy and on a quiet backroad.
The kitchen is well-equiped for cooking and there's a couple of markets nearby to stock up. It's very close to some cool small eateries and an ideal place to unwind from the big City.
We were very please with the place. It is in a very quiet rural setting. All we heard were the plentiful and pleasant sounds of nature. We even had some deer wander into the backyard. The cottage itself it very nice. The kitchen is nice and well appointed, they rooms are great with very nice quality beds and linens. The furnishings, art, candles, etc. are very nice, like a fine home, not a rental. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Ron's place.
Ron and Andy were excellent hosts. The place is brilliant and has everything you need. Great location just near Glen Ellen. We had a fabulous time using this place as our base while checking out Sonoma County
The warm springs cottage was accurately portrayed in the air bdb description. The lovely home provided us the perfect setting for a spectacular weekend in wine country, spite of the rain. The cottage accommodated our needs perfectly and the kitchen was utilized to the max. The beds were very comfortable and every detail was provided to make our stay memorable- I look forward to returning in warmer weather and take advantage of the patio setting and grill.
We had such a great time at Ron's cottage! Beautiful and serene wooded setting with an outdoor dining area and grill. The place was adorably decorated/furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and I loved the sunroom. Ron was very responsive to all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to my next stay!
The cottage is even better in person! Everything is fresh, new and extremely clean. And the location perfect - close to Glen Ellen, Sonoma square and Healdsburg is only 15 minutes away. These were my most important criteria as my mother and stepfather from Ohio were staying with us for the week. They absolutely love it. I highly recommend Ron's wine country cottage!
My wife, daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this charming cabin. The pictures posted accurately reflect the property. The house is on a small road a short drive from Glen Ellen. The house was equiped with everything we could have needed during our stay. We greatly enjoyed the outside seating areas. We had one small problem with a water leak, that was promptly fixed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly book again if in the area.
This cottage is beautiful and well-stocked. It's in a great location for biking and hiking in Glen Ellen. Ron was fantastic and super-fast in responding to communications. We will definitely stay here again!
Charming Wine Country Cottage did exactly what it said on the tin! We had an incredibly relaxed stay, prior to five days in San Francisco. The cottage is immaculately well presented, and looks even better than the photos. The place was comfortable, clean, and a complete pleasure to stay in, the terrace particularly lovely for breakfast and dinner. It really does have everything you need for a relaxed comfortable visit. We arranged via Ron to extend our stay by a day, which was all handled smoothly and efficiently. The Glen Ellen Market a couple of miles down the road is absolutely wonderful, one of the best grocery / wine / greengrocer / butchers I've been to anywhere. We also went on the tour of the local Benziger winery, also recommended.
I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the cottage. It really is absolutely lovely.
We had a wonderful stay in Glen Ellen at the cottage. Very nice setting, clean, comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again with no reservations!
