SoMa's multifaceted character brings together all sorts of people. Tech-savvy entrepreneurs rub elbows with well-read bohemian types, and museum curators share the sidewalks with ill-groomed individuals. Hip bars, clubs, and specialty coffee cafes hide among SoMa’s increasing number of vacant industrial warehouses awaiting renovation. On game day, visitors to SoMa include those looking to hear the crack of the bat—this neighborhood is the home of the San Francisco Giants.

This is without a doubt the best place to stay south of Market St. The room and house is immaculate, with a well stocked kitchen. I had the privilege to meet Graham who gave a number of tips about the local area.
In terms of getting around, it is a short walk to Market St and public transport options.
The next time I'm in San Francisco I will be staying here.
Lovely stay. Perfect location. Very quiet side street, but still in the thick of things. Right between the Caltrain and the Bart stations. Host was gracious. Place was nice. All amenities included. I highly recommend staying here for a true Airbnb experience!
Graham is an amazing host, and has a great place all around! I would fully recommend staying here. The place was spotless, very great location, and he is a very caring and informative host. He left a card for me, helped me prep for a project I had the next day, and was very easy to communicate with in regards to the room and directions. The place was so clean, comfy bed, nice shower, kitchen, coffee, everything you could ever need (I felt like I was at home, or staying with a best friend)
I greatly enjoyed my stay! The Blue Room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire place was filled with light. The kitchen was very modern, convenient and easy to use, and the living area was very comfortable. The garden was lovely and flowers were blooming, even in February! Graham was a gracious and thoughtful host. The other guests were interesting and considerate. The Moscone Center is a short walk away and there are several really good restaurants just at the end of the street.
I really love the blue room. The room was so cozy and I totally slept through all the nights there. The secure keyless access to the apartment was really easy and convenient. Graham was so helpful throughout my stay. He was also so thoughtful to prepare onion bagels for my breakfast with a wide selection of tea. Coffee is also prepared daily at 7am!
Highly recommended for those looking to stay and meet fellow travelers and like-minded people.
I enjoyed my staying in Graham and Maria's place. The building is very nice and the room was comfortable. The house vas 10-15 min walk from the Moscone center, so it is a good choice if u go to sfo for a conference there. Graham was very helpful! I would recommend this place.
I never got a chance to meet either Graham or Maria, but all of the directions to the apartment/to get into the apartment were spot on. The house was impeccably clean and the linens nice and soft, I had no trouble sleeping there.
I'd recommend the spot to a friend any day.
I really liked my stay in the Blue Room. The place has several rooms used for airbnb guests and it was cool to be able to chat to other travellers. Graham and Maria offer great hospitality with full kitchen, laundry, a big common area for eating/couch lounging, and a really nice back patio that no one other than me seemed to discover! I met Graham briefly and he's a super chill guy and a pleasure to chat with. The area is a bit sketchy at times, but there are also soooo many local gems like City Beer and Sightglass coffee. I highly recommend it staying here if you're used to urban settings and don't mind sharing your space with like-minded folks.
The place was very nice and clean and just as described, I would definitely recommend it! I only met Graham but he was very helpful and friendly.
