Thank you for considering my guest house for your stay while in Venice.
Our stay at Lillian's guest house was a nice cozy nest for us at the end of the day. The bed was VERY comfortable and Lillian has thoughtfully stocked extra toiletries as well as a variety of teas and coffee to help get our mornings off to a good start. It is in a great location, walking distance to anything you might need from Starbucks to Walgreens. Our stay was short (and very wet) and Lillian was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed, including an umbrella. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
H Lilian the opera was great. We really enjoyed your hospitality and your kindness. The place was a little bit small for two but when we closed the bed in the wall, it was perfect.
If you come to Canada, come to stay in y church.
Lillian is a warm and kind host. Her guest house is wonderful to stay as described. She provided all the information and even the parking space. We will stay here next time. Lollian! thank you for your help. We don't have a chance to thank you since we had to leave early in the morning.
Lillian was most welcoming and accommodating during our short stay in Venice. I would highly recommend her bungalow.
Lillian is a very thoughtful and thorough host, and her place is quiet, tasteful and comfortable.
Our stay at Lillian's guest house was perfect for us. The place was very comfortable and quiet and we got a good night's sleep during our stay. It's location was right around the corner from where our son lived making it an easy walk not only to his place but also to Abbott Kinney and to Starbucks on Washington. Lillian was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Venice.
Lillian was a great host. She recommended places we should check out and dine the first night we checked in. The place is a little smaller than we expected but it's cozy. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom was clean, big and beautifully tiled. We had a couple of issues with the heat the first night and Lillian was very responsive to this, bringing in an extra heater the next day. Great location...we were within walking distance to everything and never used the car.
Lillian is a warm and welcoming host. We were very happy to get to know her over a fortnight, albeit during the few moments we would share each day while we concentrated on family for the most part. Her place is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach as well as Abbot Kinney and its various sightseeing and eating options. We particularly enjoyed spending time in her backyard sitting below the lemon and flowering trees.
The space itself is a trifle small but that is as would be expected considering it is a remodeled one-car garage. Fine for just the two of us although the grandkids would have enjoyed the option of sleeping over if that had been possible. On the other hand, Lillian had outfitted it with all essentials and more to meet our needs.
This is our first time with Airbnb and we got a good time staying at Lillian's place. Lillian is very nice and helpful. We checked in kinda late because of the traffic on Thanksgiving eve and the rain-- and she waited for us :). She had sweet home-grown apples as a treat. Her house is very clean and cozy. And don't forget to say hi to all her cats-- they are so cute.
Definitely come back when we're back to Venice.
