Pretty close to the picturesque Perdika fishing village, this stone-built house complements Aegina’s beauty and enchanting appeal.
One of the most iconic and popular destinations along the Saronic Gulf, Aegina offers a wonderful mix of beauty, culture and entertainment. Its sandy beaches, amazing coves and pristine waters have somehow remained unmarred, while grassy hillside teeming with Mediterranean vegetation and stark mountains in the background have become a favorite for nature hikers. The island’s natural beauty is further augmented by the warm hospitality of its inhabitants, delicious culinary traditions and transporting historical sites reminding onlookers of the golden yester years.
Casa Mai is located in a tranquil spot, close to all wished amenities (beaches, seafood restaurants, bakery, grocery store) of Perdika village. It is part of a 3-stone-house complex, all with own outdoors, swimming pools and parking spaces.
Casa Mai, largest house of the complex, lets vacationers enjoy views of the Aegean Sea from part of the outdoors and the balcony of the 1st floor level. Moreover, outdoor areas are spacious, including big parts of grass, dining and seating areas and a large swimming pool (50 sq.m.).
Regarding the design, a wonderful juxtaposition of artisanal stone exterior and a elegant and stylish décor on the inside makes Casa Mai a vision. The carefully picked furnishing and decoration items create a modern space enhanced by the open floor planning that have a very calming effect.
Covering a surface of 245 sq.m., the indoors of the recently-built house feature 5 double bedrooms and 1 playroom with a baby cot that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
There are three levels to the house.
The ground floor features an open plan space including the living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level one can also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The outdoors can be directly accessed through all areas of this level.
The lower ground level includes two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large playroom with a baby cot and the laundry room.
Finally on the 1st floor level of the house, there is one double and one twin bedroom, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms open to a large balcony with wide sea-views to the Saronic Gulf and the nearby Moni islet.
The house’s facilities include complete air conditioning (all areas of the house), Wifi internet access, TVs, mini sound system, mosquito nets in all areas, pool sunbeds, two private parking spaces.

Guest access
All areas of the house (indoors and outdoors) will be at the exclusive use of the guests. Only common area in the house-complex is the entrance to the complex and the area of the parking spaces (however, two of the parking spaces are exclusively used by the guests of Casa Mai)
