Relax and recharge in the beautiful and peaceful Blue Ridge Mountains. Our 4 person guest cabin (6 if you’d like to arrange to stay upstairs as well) is centrally located to the Smokey Mountains National Park, Pisgah National Forest the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, The Cherokee land and Casino, and dozens or waterfalls. We are also a short mile from the Parker Mill Wedding venue. We are close to many mountain biking trails, kayaking, and water sports, and the Nantahala outdoor center.

Main living room has a Queen Couch Bed. Room dividers available. So you could sleep 6 people. 4 people in separate bedrooms.

Full kitchen, well stocked with cooking items, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, keurig.
Full bathtub and shower

There is a separate unit that can be rented separately upstairs above this space. Other guests may be renting that space.

This is a separate guest house on the property of the main house. There is an unfenced creek running on the side of the house. The big backyard, fire pit, and hot tub are shared with the upstairs 1 bedroom unit. Parking is easy and onsite. Trees, birds, nature abounds here! Because we are in the mountains and forest, Please note that we do have internet access but it is not strong enough to stream shows and movies.

Guest access
You will have full access to this unit. We do not rent out single bedrooms in this unit.

There is a separate 1 bedroom unit upstairs with a separate entrance.

The fire pit, back yard, hot tub, and hiking trail is shared with the upstairs unit. The main house and yard is private property and not open to guests.

Other things to note
We live in the mountains so wifi and cell service can be spotty at times but it’s generally reliable. Wifi is strong for phone use but not for streaming on TV. Nearby town of Sylva has cafes to work at if needed. 2 creeks are nearby which provide a relaxing sound. Many birds also provide a great backdrop to nature. Fireflies abound in June and July. Perfect area for peak color in the fall. Very enjoyable all 4 seasons!

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet neighborhood, houses are spaced out with great views in between. We can only see 3 houses from the property. Very close to the Parker Mill wedding venue but still don’t get much traffic! Lots and lots of trees and plants. Walking trails are beautiful! Very safe! Two neighbors are in law enforcement.
