• No smoking inside;
• Please be polite and don't "borrow" things which you will need in your journey (spoons, cutlery, towels...)
• I would appreciate your effort if you wash your dishes and don't leave cooked food in pots.
Nice, very fresh apartment. Not very well equipped kitchen but close to restaurants and stores so that's really not a problem. Very comfortable beds and perfect location in the heart of Vilnius.
The listing is exactly as described. Location is perfect, right in the old town centre and the flat is nicely furbished. Our stay was pleasant and everything from handing over the keys to giving information about things to do around town was done efficiently and with a smile. :)
My family (wife and toddler) lived in this apartment for 30 days, and therefore I feel that I can pretty accurately describe all its pluses and minuses. Overall, it is a great location with good parking and beds to sleep 4-6 people. However, it has its drawbacks...so of which can be improved by the property owners and some which just come with the territory. First, the positives: (1) Great location in the heart of Old Town Vilnius. (2) Convenient parking in a gated courtyard, except for the VW driver who marks "his parking space" with a water pale and/or plant. (3) Beds to sleep 4-6 people. (4) Absolutely beautiful ceiling in main living room. It is really out of place but enjoyable to look at. The Negatives: (1) The neighbors above are nice people but loud like a herd of elephants. I think they sometimes have jumping competitions. This sometimes kept us up as late as midnight but usually subsided around 10pm...probably not an issue if you are a night owl without kids. (2) The apartment was pretty dirty when we arrived. Dishes still on the drying rack with bits of food still on them, inches of dust under the beds/couch, and overall seemed like they didn't do a full cleaning after the last tenants. (3) This is a property management owned place. You won't receive the typical hospitality from a regular owner-hosted Airbnb stop, ie. flowers on the table, bottle of wine in the fridge, etc. Our first property manager was quite rude to my wife and deceptive about the monthly price for the apartment. However, the apartment now has a new manager, Dovile, who is very professional and nice. (4) The apartment is very small. It is probably perfect for people just looking for a place to crash for a few days and sleep. However, it was too small for an extended stay family like us...especially during the winter months when you couldn't spend a lot of time outside. (5) It is not really a two-bedroom. It is more like a studio apartment with a 2nd bedroom attached. You walk into the kitchen which is relatively small but big enough if you won't be cooking. Take 3 more steps and you're in the "studio apartment" section. This is the main room with a couch, dresser, large closet, and full-sized bed (divided by half-wall in the center of the room). Connected to this room is the bathroom which is very large with a shower and bathtub. Finally there is the only true "bedroom" of the apartment. There is plenty of shelving in there with a set of bunk beds. Finally there is a weird connected loft space (think 3 foot ceiling storage area) where they have fit a full sized bed. I imagine this would be hot during the summer, but it served as a place for us to store our empty suitcases. I doubt you'll find a cheaper place that can sleep 6 people, but there are some...
The apartment it's new as you could see in the photos and have a perfect situation in the center of the City. Really confortable, clean and cozy.
Definitely I will back to this aparment if I'm back to Vilnus.
We really did not have a host with this apartment. We were met by Pauline from a management company so there was not the personal feeling we usually get from Air BNB. The apartment was good. Clean and what we expected. The location was the best part of this apartment. It was in the center of Old Town and we were able to walk everywhere. We would rent this apartment again. Parking was secure and easy as promised.
Location, location, location! This apartment is on the best street in the Old Town and is a perfect apartment for 2 people, close to cafes, a supermarket and Town Hall. Unfortunately we were a group of 4 and it was too cramped. It's only 1 bedroom (not 2) and the main bed is in the open lounge room so there's no privacy. There is also a double on a mezzanine in the bedroom but this is unsuitable for anyone over 12. Not enough dining seating for 4, not enough sofa seating for 4, there is a washer but no dryer, and whilst a drying rack is supplied there was not enough room to set it up with 4 of us trying to move around. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and was clean and modern. No microwave or toaster but there is an oven. Paulina and Dovile were very easy to communicate with and I would stay here again if I came back with just my hubby. However, I'd caution groups of 3 or more to be aware as to what you're signing up to.

Earliest time to get up for our guests: 3 AM; latest time to meet a guest: 2 AM
(we're just humans and not 24/7 robots so please do let us know IN ADVANCE about inconvenient timing)
Strangest thing to secretly "borrow" from an apartment: iron
(when I travel there is no place even for an ant in my luggage, how is it possible to put iron there?!);
Strangest place to leave tips for cleaning lady: inside dirty toilet (perhaps so that we wouldn't take it. Don't worry you don't have to do it :-) );
Best compliment (from a kid): "Mommmmm, can it be our home?";
Loveliest guest: everybody greeting us with a kind smile (yes, we do remember each of you!)
Tips for new members:
Hosts cannot see total price, you should enter your dates, number of people and press "book it" - you will see total then.
Add your profile picture, it can only be an advantage for you. First - as somebody said "it is not fun hosting a landscape" and second - I will faster recognise you on your arrival and you don't need to wander around.
Many people ask us to keep an apartment for them because they have "problems with credit card" and will definitely book it next day. Do you know meme "I see what you did there"? We hosts know it's a trick so please say it only if you really have problems with your card :-)
