Looking for a place to invigorate your love of art, fitness, natural history, and sustainable living? Then this quaint, lovely, designer owned, and solar fitted townhouse is the perfect place for you! One of only six units in the entire complex, this remodeled 2BD/2.5BA unit has cork & bamboo floors, concrete countertops, zero VOC paint, and a 2.3KW solar system. Plus, there's lots of unique art and decor scattered throughout to peak your visual interest.
Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom and comfortably sleeps 2 adults:
- Master bedroom = Queen Bed
- Second bedroom = Twin w/Trundle (sleeps 2 total)
- Living Room = Leather Sofa (Sleeps 1)
- Additional Sleeping Options = Twin full height air mattress; Toddler Pack N' Play.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and a gas grill conveniently located off the dining area on the back patio. There is cable internet/Wi-Fi, Apple TV, DVD player, and plenty of books/board games to entertain any audience. For those of you on business, we are outfitted with 2 separate workstations and can set you up with a wireless printer if needed.
Our neighborhood is very unique in that it's a tranquil little island of mixed use residential housing smack dab in the middle of Boulder. Despite it's sleepy nature, we are conveniently located just a few blocks from the Pearl Street Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, the YMCA & Boulder Rock Club, bicycle/hiking paths, the 29th Street Mall, and more.
If you are arriving by bus from the airport, you can walk here from the downtown Boulder bus station (~20 minutes) or take the HOP Clockwise route ($2.25 exact change) which drops off 2.5 blocks from the house.
If you are driving, there is one off street parking space included, but additional vehicles will need to park along Mapleton Avenue. If you're without a car, there are plenty of public transportation stops, B-Cycle stations, and an Enterprise Rent-A-Car within walking distance. Walking times vary, but here is a rough estimate of popular destinations from our house:
- Whole Foods: 5 Minutes
- Starbucks: 5 Minutes
- Goose Creek Walk/Bike Path: 3 Minutes
- Pearl Street Mall: 15-20 minutes
Other Things to Note
A small breakfast is provided for your first morning, consisting of bread, butter,fresh fruit, orange juice, and coffee. If you have dietary restrictions (i.e. vegan, paleo, gluten-free, etc.) prefer to skip breakfast entirely, or would rather have a snack basket of fresh fruits and cheeses available to you please let me know in advance and I'll adjust accordingly.
- No Smoking (of any variety).
- No Pets.
- Please do not wear shoes upstairs.
- Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 7AM.
- One Assigned Off Street Parking Space.

Erin's place was great! It was conveniently located, very comfortable, super cute, and she left us coffee and breakfast.
You wont find a much cooler place that this, we need to have the owner give us an interior design consultation. Comfortable layout and great location. Thanks Erin!
We loved the stay at Erin's cute and cozy Boulder home! The space was entirely as described, and Erin has taken hosting to the next level by providing detailed descriptions upon arrival for getting around, cleaning and unique features in the home. It was great having a private parking space during our stay. We reserved Erin's place to host family who were visiting from out of town, and we all very much appreciated the proximity to downtown Boulder and Pearl Street Mall, as it allowed us to easily navigate the city while retiring to quiet place when we were ready for our peace and quiet. I would book this place again in heartbeat!
We would highly recommend Erin's place. She was very responsive and helpful. Her place is charming and exactly as described. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Boulder.
We felt very welcomed in Erin's lovely townhouse. Erin had left a bunch of information in the house to help us get oriented as well as breakfast treats in the refrigerator. The location was perfect for us-close to the Pearl Street Mall, Whole Foods, the Boulder Creek Path, the Saturday Farmer's market, and with easy access to the Boulder/Denver Turnpike. Erin invited us to enjoy some of the bounty of her and her neighbor's community garden which was such a treat! We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Erin's home.
Clean, close to downtown, great neighborhood. Awesome place to spend a weekend in Boulder.
Everything was great and as expected staying at Erin and Rob's lovely home.
Thanks for making us feel very welcome with snacks and breakfast food. A great way to spend a restful week in Boulder pre- and post- Ironman which we were in town for!
