Offering a large bedroom with a Full Size bed, walk in closet, work desk etc.
Full use of nice stocked, kitchen. Projector with netflix, Xbox, Boxee, general home entertainment in 2600 sq ft loft. Full bar (please try and replace what you drink). Hookah's on site, outdoor area to sit in during the spring/summer or to smoke in during the winter (no smoking indoors).
Building is an unconverted artist warehouse. The first floor of the building is active commercial, and there is some sound from it, again, maybe not the best if you are a super light sleeper.
There are another 4 airbnb spaces in the building. The neighborhood is one of the most awesome artist neighborhoods in the city. Very safe. Movie shoots in the hood all the time (in the building often too). Right next to the beautiful new brooklyn bridge park for walking/running/view. Just down the hill from Brooklyn Heights and the Promenade. You are super close to the F train, and easy walking distance from the A/C
We do a ton of dinner parties, pot lucks and other community events in the loft so depending on the schedule, you might get to meet a ton of the New York city BurningMan, Poly, or other community. You should be at least friendly, if you are not social.
I live on the other side of the loft. Full professional office can be made available to you for additional cost if you need to take meetings while your here.
I've been in New York for 10 years, and am a major foodie and a huge part of the burning man scene in new york. If you need great restaurant recommendation, want to know where dj's are playing in a warehouse, want to know what galleries are opening, or just want to meet cool people and relax, I'm happy to help.
Internet, projector, kitchen, bathroom
I'll be around, and live here too. If you want to hang, I'm super social.. if you don't... I'm super social and busy with said social life.
A/C and F train in neighborhood.

Michael was a fantastic host, he made us feel comfortable and makes a mean cocktail. Loved the loft, it's true to it's description. The unconverted warehouse has a ton of character.
