The space
This is our Home in the city when we visit Philippines. It goes without saying that we treasure the place and intend to keep it true to our personal style while taking our guests' suggestions into consideration.


Our place is compact but functional. It's condo living with country warmth.

The 25 square meter (270 square ft.) residential condominium has a rustic contemporary theme.


It is fitted with air-conditioner.


The layout of the unit is ideal for a single person, a couple/ 2 person (sharing a bed), or a family with two small children.


The bedroom has:-
- one double bed measuring 54" x 75"
- a functional wardrobe closet
- linens are provided and are always changed after each guest/s.
- iron and ironing board


The living/dining room (open plan) has:-
- one sofa (convertible to bed)
- books
- dining table & chairs
- a flat screen TV with DVD player and SkyCable with 65 standard and 18 HD channels (Local and International)


The bathroom has:-
- water heater
- volts shaver/hair dryer sockets
- hair dyer
- clean towels
- complimentary start-up toiletries of shampoo, soap and toilet paper are provided. (Guest/s will have to resupply from the supermarket below if more is needed)


The kitchen is equipped with:-
- refrigerator,
- 2-burner electric stove
- water kettle
- rice cooker
- microwave oven
- practical cooking utensils for light cooking like heating food.


The whole building has round the clock security.

The condominium is located right along EDSA, the main artery that connects the 5 Business Districts. It is approximately:
